Perhaps American specialists are carefully filtering information coming from the Red Planet.
More than six months have passed since the largest American Mars rover Curiosity (Curiosity) gently sank to the surface of Mars in Gale Crater, located at the planet's equator. Latest news from Mars - Curiosity was finally able to drill two wells in a rocky area at a depth of 20 and 64 mm.
Representatives of the US National Space and Aeronautics Agency NASA have already called drilling on Mars "an amazing achievement." “The Curiosity team has crossed the most serious milestone since the aircraft landed last August. This is another glorious day for America, "- quotes the BBC as the words of Professor John Grottzinger, the chief scientist of the project.

The research program matched the price of the apparatus (over $ 2 billion) and was extremely extensive. It was assumed that Curiosity, hung with sophisticated scientific equipment, will fulfill the role of a comprehensive researcher.
In particular, it was expected that the past of Mars would be studied, and for this it was planned to compile the first geological section of sedimentary strata on the Red Planet. Numerous analyzes of minerals and rocks were expected, new data on the presence of water and the possibility of life. The two-year program included an approximately 22 km route and even an ascent of Mount Sharp 5.5 km high in the center of Gale Crater. Millions of people around the world held their breath, expecting an avalanche of sensations.
But now a quarter of the scheduled time has passed, and the widely advertised news stream is missing. A photo of a rounded pebble in a dry bed of a small stream cannot be considered a "sensation", since American "Vikings" photographed the valleys of grandiose rivers on Mars 40 years ago. In these dry valleys, both pebbles and boulders are, of course, abundant.
Not suitable for sensation and "borehole" in the Martian soil a few centimeters deep. It is known that the Soviet "Lunniks" drilled almost 30 cm of the lunar soil (regolith) half a century ago. This core was delivered to the USSR by automatic stations, it is stored and analyzed at the Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow, and was also sent to scientific laboratories of other countries.

So what have the Americans been able to find out with the help of their "Curiosity"? For example, the fact that the water content in the crater soil is small and is only about 2%. This water is not free, it is part of red iron hydroxides, and you should look for water not here, but at the bottom of the Mariner gorge.
Analyzes of methane in the atmosphere as an indicator of life, carried out by American scientists, are unreliable. At first, after the analyzes of the rover, they were widely advertised, and then disavowed: it turned out that there was an error, there was no methane. Of course, methane is present in the rotting swamps of the Earth, but it is also known that methane enters in huge quantities in the atmospheres of Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, where there is apparently no life. In my opinion, the red-colored ferruginous weathering crust of Mars testifies to the past life on the Red Planet, which on Earth is a reliable indicator of photosynthesis, warm climate and abundance of free water.
That seems to be all the achievements of Curiosity. Frankly speaking, not a lot. This is not what we expected from the ultra-modern station. But is it really so? Isn't there a cunning calculation behind the emptiness of the information field?
The hypothesis that the Americans have launched a new information policy is quite noteworthy: they are actively "darkening", hiding really interesting findings. After all, previous American probes and rovers have consistently reported sensational data. The valleys of huge rivers, grandiose volcanoes, the giant Mariner gorge, various sedimentary and igneous rocks, an abundance of the rare mineral maghemite on Earth were discovered.
Finally, clear traces of past life and artifacts very similar to man-made were discovered on Mars. Some of these objects were depicted in NASA photographs, some were discovered by amateurs when enlarging and detailing small-scale NASA photographs.

Photos of mysterious objects similar to pyramids, drawings on rocks, "sculptures", building foundations, UFOs, pipelines, tunnels, entrances to the bowels of the planet with "doors" and "hatches", roads were transferred. Photos were transferred in which artifacts were found that looked like boards, shells, lizard skulls and even anthropoid skulls. It would seem that there was only one step left for final conclusions: a detailed chemical analysis was needed.
And so Curiosity flew to Mars with a set of chemical analyzers. Now man-made objects can be identified. It is possible to identify glass, metals, alloys, which clearly testify in favor of a highly developed civilization. However, the information collapse has been going on for six months. The rover went blind and lost its analyzers. As if he was out of order and only the wheels seem to be spinning.
But the first pictures, transmitted by "Curiosity", really turned out to be very curious: close to it, amateur astronomers noticed a characteristic-looking old "shoe"; an object that resembles the sole of a sandal, some kind of serpentine wire, a tube covered with a green coating. It even gave us reason to assume that the rover landed right in the trash. A mysterious dome was visible on the horizon, in the sky above the mountains - a pair of moving UFOs …
I accidentally "caught" a video on the Internet from a moving Curiosity. A small metal (brass?) Detail was visible in the frame, similar to the lid of an old inkwell with some marks on the edge; an oval shadow, similar in shape and size to a tray, flashed next to the rover. After half an hour, this site disappeared from the World Wide Web.
But this means that sensational, obviously man-made anomalous objects lay close by, at the beginning of Curiosity's journey. Undoubtedly, they were immediately analyzed, the results obtained and … strictly classified.
It can be assumed that American researchers have come across undoubted evidence of the existence in the past or present of remnants of a technogenic civilization.
As you know, photos and analyzes of these artifacts did not appear in the press. But some lengthy "equipment checks" began, photographs of a "dry creek bed" with unintelligible angular pebbles, unsuccessful "searches for life" based on the methane content in the atmosphere, "drilling holes" with a depth of a little finger, etc. One gets the impression that American scientists are stalling for time, feverishly agreeing with the administration and special services on ways to hide really sensational data behind a stream of insignificant information that has almost no scientific value.
Obviously, Gale Crater was not chosen for landing in order to compose a geological section of Mount Sharp. We have already noted (see "NG-science" from 10.10 12) that this mountain is the most inappropriate place for solving such a problem. But NASA is silent about the fact that a mysterious road, marked by a dotted technogenic dotted line, is going into Gale Crater, like an arrow, with white "carriages" flying (?) Above it. These NASA images taken from the American orbital probe are posted on the Internet.
Perhaps the Americans did not notice this "man-made" information in time, since they are inundated with millions of high-quality, but small-scale images of the surface of Mars. They simply do not have time to process them. The most valuable "trifle" remains out of their field of vision - and this is successfully used by "amateurs" who reveal the real secrets of the Red Planet on enlarged images.
It seems that the Americans have long known about the man-made civilization on Mars. They know, but are silent, although this leads to belated scandals, as was the case with the Moon, when American astronauts-retired, who had expired their subscription on nondisclosure of state secrets, started talking about UFOs and traces of civilization on the Moon. And in the USSR there was also a top secret "flight to Mars", when three volunteers, true on Earth, survived a year's imprisonment in a cramped cabin in an atmosphere of complete nightmare isolation.
It is quite obvious that the information from Curiosity is now being carefully filtered. Americans do not want the whole world to receive their discoveries for free. Unfiltered images from the Gusev crater, where almost human skulls gaze at earthlings with empty eye sockets, were a clear leak of secret data. Now the Americans are smarter. One must think that the old administrators have been fired from the project, while Curiosity is being served by new and better trained guys.
It is possible that some large man-made objects were found in Gale crater with the help of an orbital probe. Perhaps, in reality, a scout appeared on Mars, the first earthly space spy under the guise of a geologist. Let's see how the Curiosity rover will be able to surprise the citizens of the Earth in the time remaining in the research program.
