It is worth noting that about his "friend" Vasily said that he did a lot of bad deeds, but he will be remembered as a great autocrat. He said that the Russian people cannot live without a whip. He also said that many kings would rule Russia, among them there would be "a hero with a cat's mustache", obviously Peter I.
