This legend is based on the true story of Raymond Reynolds. At the age of eight, he was playing with a friend near the tram tracks and was electrocuted. The consequence was that he lost his eyes, nose and one arm. He lived a long life, dying at the age of 74. All this time, he preferred to spend time alone, but was never noticed in any aggressive intentions. On the contrary, they spoke of him as a sympathetic and friendly person.
Another legend tells about a certain family who for a long time did not know that another person lived in their house.
At the same time, they noticed that some things change their places or disappear, something appears in the garbage that should not be there. They joked about the brownie and the poltergeist, but one day a criminal hiding in their house killed them.

The legend is based on the events at the German farm Hinterkaifeck. Farm owner Andreas Gruber noted strange phenomena in the house. Things were out of place, footsteps were heard at night, and footprints appeared in the snow near the house that did not belong to anyone living on the farm. The oddities were first noted in early March, and at the end of the same month, a stranger hiding in the attic killed six of the farm's inhabitants with a hoe. Andreas himself, his wife, daughter, her two young children and a maid.
Their death became known after several days. All this time, the criminal continued to look after the farm animals. Who he was remains unknown.
