Astronauts Tom Pesce and Robert Kimbrough recently made a spacewalk to install new lithium-ion batteries on the outside of the ISS. A camera was attached to Tom Sand's helmet. ESA uploaded a video edited from the footage filmed at that time and it clearly shows a fairly large UFO that flies around the station and observes the work of astronauts.
This is not space debris, but a controlled vehicle. This can be clearly seen in the video where I zoomed in on a UFO that appears from the right side, then flies slightly to the left, and then maneuvers down.
As you understand, space debris is not controllable and flies along a straight trajectory, and this object makes meaningful maneuvers, which suggests that it is controlled precisely for flying around the station and observing it and the work of astronauts while leaving it.
Note that the UFO moves at a very high speed and then brakes sharply and sets a stunning turn when going in a different direction! This is precisely a UFO, controlled by a pilot or remotely, perhaps it is an unmanned aerial vehicle of an extraterrestrial civilization.
