In modern literature devoted to the analysis of Masonic symbolism, for many years, disputes about the origin of the Maltese Cross, the main symbol of the Order of Malta, have not subsided, with which, by the way, there are also many questions.
In reference books about the Maltese cross it is written that this is an eight-pointed cross, once used by the knightly order of the Hospitallers and allegedly comes from the coat of arms of the Italian city of Amalfi, from which they were the founders of the Jerusalem hospital, which gave rise to the order.
We cannot refute or confirm the assertion of reference books about the Hospitallers, since we do not know for certain what happened in Europe in the 11th century. However, today it is known for sure that the Maltese Cross is much older than official Christianity, and even more so than the Freemasons and the official Hospitallers. All of this is described in detail in the book Our Cosmic Ancestors by Maurice Chatelain, published almost half a century ago - in 1981:
Maurice Chatelain is a former NASA employee, not very much, most likely high-ranking, but clearly had access to some secret documents, which he alludes to between the lines. Acquaintance with these documents prompted him, after retirement, to sit down at his desk, spread out a contour map of the Mediterranean Sea on it and start sticking colored pins into the locations of the main occult structures, the construction of which is attributed by the officials to the ancient Greeks. As a result, he got approximately the following picture (drawing 1200 X 900 when saving):
The picture, we emphasize, is approximate, since in the 1970s, when the book was being written, the knowledge of Mr. Chatelain was incomplete and some huge temples lying at the bottom of the sea had not yet been discovered by archaeologists. But today everything has been found, all the lines are drawn correctly and, moreover, they continue, forming a kind of huge occult geometry. And the Maltese cross itself is inscribed in a circle with a diameter of about 540 kilometers.

In the opinion of Mr. Chatelain, as well as in the opinion of all other smart people, without GPS sensors, without satellite images and cartography, at least from the middle of the last century, it was impossible to position temples so accurately. And at the same time, the officials persistently continue to rub in on everyone about some ancient Greek Eratosthenes, who allegedly was the first to calculate the circumference of the Earth in 240 BC. e., sticking wooden sticks into the ground and measuring the length of the shadow with a wooden ruler.
Thus, the answer to the question of who created the civilization in the Mediterranean Sea is beyond doubt, since such accurate maps could only be given to the ancient builders by some aliens.
Technically, the ancient civilization itself could also be quite developed and perfectly know the topography of the Earth's surface, but the question arises: why do the guys launching GPS satellites need some kind of Zeus, in honor of whom they cut down temples throughout the Mediterranean Sea?
In addition, as modern researchers of the cartography of Mr. Chatelain have already noticed, if we approach the issue strictly mathematically and count the angles with an accuracy of more than one decimal place, then the position of ancient Greek temples is not entirely ideal. Then the researchers recalculated everything for the topology of a sphere, although the curvature of the Earth by 540 kilometers is not very large. The accuracy is higher than on the flat cards sold in stores, but still not perfect. The Maltese cross was formed from lines ideally accurately only when the positions of the temple complexes were recalculated on the flat Earth topography centered at the North Pole.
Perhaps with the Flat Earth it was a mistake in the calculations, perhaps a stretch, in order to pass off wishful thinking - we ourselves did not count anything, so whoever wants to personally can double-check everything. But for us the main thing is obvious, that is, the only correct conclusion from the discovery of Mr. Chatelain. The conclusion is that the whole history of Ancient Greece oficialo is a fairy tale for mentally disadvantaged teenagers. In fact, civilization on Earth was founded by someone, its development was controlled and, most likely, control continues to this day.
