A blind pensioner from Britain miraculously regained his sight by kissing a photograph of his deceased wife, writes the Daily Mail
76-year-old George Hudspeth was diagnosed with dry macular degeneration (age-related degeneration of the retina) ten years ago, since then his vision has been constantly deteriorating and a year ago the man was completely blind.
George expected to live in darkness for the rest of his days. Imagine his shock when, before going to bed, he took to kiss the photo of his late wife Sheila, who died at the age of 51 from pneumonia, and suddenly saw her in all colors.
The man was so excited that he watched TV until 5 am. “I want to tell the whole world, sit on the top of Everest and shout 'I see,'” said George.
He added that he is not a religious person, does not believe in the Bible, but believes in the spiritual world.
Neither Hudspeth himself nor the doctors can explain this miracle. Now the pensioner's eyesight is normal. Doctors speculate that he may have been misdiagnosed. However, George does not intend to return to the hospital. He has other plans - now he is looking for a “sweet lady” with whom he could share his joy, hug and kiss.
