Around 10 p.m. on January 11, 2017, a semi-transparent cylindrical UFO was photographed in Melbourne Beach, on the east coast of Florida.
According to an eyewitness, he and his neighbor went out into the courtyard of his house to photograph the beautiful full moon.
“We noticed an unusual light in the camera lens that was not visible to the naked eye,” a local wrote in a statement to the World UFO Network (MUFON). "The green glowing object had a rounded cylindrical shape and moved like a hummingbird very smoothly."
The neighbors watched the UFO for about 5-6 minutes, after which it silently disappeared.
An eyewitness, who lives about 500 meters from the Atlantic Ocean and 15 minutes from Patrick airbase, said that he had seen a lot of planes and helicopters, but this was the first time he had met such a translucent and soundless object.
It should be added that the US Air Force Patrick airbase currently houses the headquarters of the 45th space wing, which provides spacecraft launch from the launch site at Cape Canaveral.
