Three times, as he himself specified, he "went" to China - to take air after the atomic explosions carried out by the Chinese, and many times - to the Pacific and Arctic oceans, where the crew of his strategic bomber-missile carrier Tu-95K hunted for American aircraft carriers. Alexander Ivanovich once told me about the emergency in the air, which he witnessed.

These were, if my memory serves me, the aircraft carriers "Enterprise", "Nimitz" and "Midway". I saw a huge picture of one of these aircraft carriers at the headquarters of such a regiment. However, it's time to listen to Air Force Captain Alexander Bezgreshny. As he himself explained, his task in flight was to find and fix the work of all radio stations - on the ground, in the sky, on the water. And the crew of the Tu-95K consisted of nine people who went on the flight … it's hard to believe it! - for 32 hours and 30 minutes, climbing from Semipalatinsk, where a Zaporozhets air unit was based 42 kilometers from the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, to Canada and America - through the North Pole.
- At the end of December 1973, more precisely - on the 23rd, - Alexander Ivanovich began a story about anomalies in the air, - we flew in the area of Novaya Zemlya. - Two years later, - after a short thought, my interlocutor gathered his thoughts, - I served in a crew commanded by an officer named Nekrasov. An excellent pilot and a very decent person! Once we returned from the next assignment - also in the middle of the night, and suddenly we received a message from the stern of the radio operator: “On the left, an incomprehensible ball is catching up with us.” And exactly: our plane caught up with a strange object and went with us on a parallel course. As if gazing with invisible eyes and listening with invisible ears. Nothing stood out on the ball: no windows, no antennas! We observed a flat surface.

- Object diameter - about 20 meters, color - gray. The distance to it is one and a half kilometers. And the commander suggests: "Let's get closer!" Well, he took a little to the left. What happened then - we didn't really understand: it was as if a ball bristled, or something - increased in size … sort of opened the shields. And at that moment we were seized by an incredible, indescribable fear! Downright we all weighed down from him … You understand, with many in flight had to deal with during the years of service - even survived the fire. It was unpleasant then - it is a fact, but such a fear as when meeting a ball, horror paralyzing the mind, I have never experienced in my life. And I do not advise anyone to experience this.
