The famous American writer Sidney Sheldon, while working on The Doomsday Conspiracy, published in 1991, drew attention to a number of mysterious deaths among British specialists involved in the development of space weapons. He questioned the government's official suicide reports, and his list of 22 highly suspicious deaths was dubbed the "Sheldon list." It is important to emphasize that these are not all suspicious deaths, but only those that became known thanks to Sydney.
On June 2, 1995, Fox TV discussed the death of Ron Rummell because, shortly before his death in 1993, he wrote about “alleged suicide or accidental death by more than 30 British scientists working on top secret projects in the British defense industry . These projects included mind control, Star Wars, and the implantation of devices in the brain without the host's knowledge of it. Some of Ronald's “suicides” were later found dead, with their hands and feet tied. While the subject of the murders received wide coverage in the British press, the story was not made public in the US press.
Ronald Rammell himself was found dead on August 6, 1993 in Portland Park (Oregon, USA) - he was shot from a pistol inserted into his mouth, while the pistol was in his own hand. Despite a number of circumstances pointing to the murder, the police called the incident a suicide, and the body was cremated the next day without an autopsy.
Ronald's friend Phil Schneider also spoke about the non-accidental death of scientists. Phil was assassinated many times, and in 1996 he was found dead in his own home in Wilsonville, Oregon. Much in the circumstances of the death indicated Phil's murder, but despite this, the authorities ruled the case a suicide.
Analyzing the information, it can be noted that there is a surprisingly large number of ufologists who have died in the strangest ways and under strange circumstances since 1950. Renowned activist Stephen Bassett supports the idea that the US government routinely kills innocent civilians who try to investigate UFO incidents such as the Roswell incident or those who tried to force the government to reveal the truth about UFOs.

Car accident. Professor Keith Bowden, 45, Computer Programmer, Essex University. In March 1982, Keith's car fell off a bridge near an abandoned marshalling yard. His death was ruled an accident.
The missing person. Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Godley, 49, is a security expert and head of training at the Royal Military College of Science. He disappeared in April 1983. Anthony's father bequeathed an amount of $ 60,000 with the condition that he would appear before 1987. But Anthony never made himself known and is now considered dead.
A shot from a gun. Roger Hill, 49, radar designer and draftsman, Marconi Company. In March 1985, Roger allegedly killed himself with a gun in the family home.

Decapitation. Ashaad Sharif, 26, Computer Analyst, Marconi Systems Defense. In October 1986, in Bristol, Ashed allegedly tied one end of a rope to a tree trunk and tied the other end around his neck. Then he allegedly drove away from the tree at high speed. And no one, it seems, was interested in the strange fact that Professor Sharif, who decided to commit suicide, for some reason traveled for this one hundred kilometers from his home in London to Bristol. Verdict: Suicide.
Fatal jump. Vimal Dajibhai, 24, software engineer (worked on the guidance system for the Tigerfish torpedo), Marconi Underwater Systems. In August 1986, the remains of Wimal were found about 240 feet below the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol. Death was not listed as suicide.
Wimal Dajibhai traveled roughly the same distance as Ashed Sharif to throw himself upside down from the Bristol Bridge, just days after his death. An alarming coincidence, especially when you consider that these scientists were working on the same topic - developing electronic weapons for the British government program, similar to Star Wars in the United States. And one more curious detail - both Ashed and Wimal were interested in UFOs.
Choking. Richard Pugh is a computer consultant at the Department of Defense. In January 1987, Richard was found dead with a rope wrapped around his neck four times and the end tied to his big toe. The coroner recorded this death as an accident during a complex sexual experiment in which something went wrong.

Overdose. Victor Moore, 46, Design Engineer, Marconi Space Systems. In February 1987, Victor was found dead from a drug overdose. His death is marked as a suicide.
Choking. Peter Peapell, 46, Scientist, Royal Military Science College. In February 1987, Peter was found dead under his car with his face to the exhaust pipe. It all happened in the garage of Peter's house in Oxfordshire. The doctor declared death due to carbon monoxide poisoning, although the test showed that the engine was running for only a short period of time. It was possible that there was a "game without rules".
Choking. Edwin Skeels, 43, Engineer, Marconi Company. In February 1987, Edwin was found dead in his car, a victim of carbon monoxide poisoning. The hose led from the exhaust pipe. His death is considered suicide.
Car accident. David Sands, Satellite Project Manager, Eassams (Marconi's subsidiary). Despite a promotion, in March 1987, David drove his car full of cans of gas into a brick wall of an abandoned cafe and died instantly. The authorities do not exclude that there was a deliberate violation of the rules.
Car accident. Stuart Gooding, 23, graduate student, Royal Military College of Science. In April 1987, Stewart died in a mysterious car accident in Cyprus while the College was conducting military exercises on the island. Verdict: death by accident.
Car accident. George Kountis, Experienced Systems Analyst, British Polytechnic. In April 1987, George drowned after his BMW fell into the Mersey River in Liverpool. His death is considered an accident.
Choking. Mark Wisner, 24, software engineer at the Department of Defense, experimental station for combat aircraft. In April 1987, Mark was found dead in his home with a plastic bag over his head. In the conclusion, it was stated that the death was due to an accident during a sexual experiment in which something went wrong.
Car accident. Michael Baker, 22, Digital Communications Expert, Plessey Defense Systems. In May 1987, Michael in a BMW crashed on a road barrier and died on the spot. Verdict: an accident.
Heart attack. Frank Jennings, 60, electronic weapons engineer, Plessey. In June 1987, Frank allegedly fell dead from a heart attack. No investigation was carried out.
Fatal jump. Russel Smith, 23, is a laboratory technician at the Atomic Energy Research Establishment. In January 1988, Russell's shattered body was found halfway down a cliff in Cornwall. Verdict: Suicide.

Death by electric shock. John Ferry, 60, Assistant Marketing Director, Marconi Company. In August 1988, John was found dead in a company-owned apartment. At the same time, the bare wires of the electric cord were in his mouth. The authorities do not exclude that there was a deliberate violation of the rules for using electricity.
Death by electric shock. Alistair Beckham, 50, software engineer at Plessey. Alistair was a successful British engineer working on space projects. His specialty was the development of computer software for complex naval defense systems. Like hundreds of other British scientists, Alistair was working on a pilot program for America's strategic defense initiative, better known as Star Wars (SDI, Star Wars). In August 1988, Aleister's lifeless body was found in his garden shed at the back of the house. Bare wires, connected to a common electrical system, were wrapped around his chest. In this case, a suicide note was found and the police did not rule out suicide.
Choking. Andrew Hall, 33, Technical Lead, British Aero-space. In September 1988, Andrew was found dead in his car with a hose inserted into the interior of which a hose was attached to the exhaust pipe. Friends said that he was good, loved life and had everything to live. Authorities' verdict: suicide.
The list, unfortunately, continues to grow.
Is the above just a coincidence? The most incredible hypothesis that exists on this score is the intrigues of aliens who destroy the participants in a secret project to create weapons that can protect the Earth from alien aggression. The true reason that gave rise to a series of deaths from the "Sheldon's list" remains unknown.
Other lists
The topic of "accidents" among scientists after the publication of "Sheldon's List", as well as statements by Ronald Rummell and Phil Schneider, attracted the attention of many. Later, there were other lists of dead scientists, whose strange deaths continue to this day. The most famous of these is Steve Quayle's List.

Russian "Sheldon's List"
On April 20, 2004, Vyacheslav Fedorov, professor of the Department of Research of Mathematical Operations of the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University, was killed in Moscow. The professor's body was found in an apartment at 4 Stoletov Street. The weapon of the crime is an ordinary kitchen knife.
After that, a message came about the murder of Nikolai Valyagin, a 59-year-old professor at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. The professor's body was found in his apartment on Metallurgov Street. The professor was also killed with a kitchen knife.
In September 2005, a verdict was passed in the case of the murder of 57-year-old Irina Proskuryakova, a professor at the St. Petersburg Mining Institute. There were no eyewitnesses to the crime, no fingerprints. Nikolai Girenko, a senior researcher at the Institute of Anthropology and Ethnography, a leading Russian expert on interethnic relations, was also killed in St. Petersburg. He was a world-famous scientist. Nikolai Girenko's book "Sociology of the Tribe" became a real discovery in the science of interethnic relations. The murders have not been solved.
A mysterious death in Moscow also befell the 83-year-old professor Bondarevsky. Grigory Bondarevsky was a prominent orientalist, an expert on the problems of the North Caucasus.

- In mid-October 2003, a nuclear scientist, deputy head of the central plant laboratory of the Mining and Chemical Combine, 46-year-old Sergei Podoinitsyn, disappeared without a trace. The nuclear scientist returned to his hometown six months later, with an erased memory.
- August 19, 2006 - Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, geneticist Leonid Korochkin.
- November 10, 2006 - Deputy Director of the Hermitage Richard Dunin.
- December 28, 2005 - Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Historical Sciences Alexander Artemiev.
In 2009, Professor Andrei Gorobets, a fairly well-known nuclear physicist, was shot dead in downtown Washington under unclear circumstances. Some time before this, the professor announced his desire to return to Russia, from where he left at the end of the 90s. He declared quite loudly, there were several publications in the press: the scientific center in which he worked sharply refused to finance his development, and the professor was robbed of the laboratory and began to intimidate his wife and adult daughter in every possible way - both of them were American citizens. Andrei Gorobets, of course, did not remain silent, but told about the pressure in the newspapers.
As a result of psychological treatment, both women refused to leave for Russia with the professor, and the scientist's departure was thus delayed. “Andrei met with people from the CIA several times, in any case, he called them that when he told me about it,” says another physicist from Russia living in America, Aron Fridland. - They tried to persuade him not to leave, threatened that they would trample his reputation in the scientific community, would not invite him to lecture and block the publication of all his scientific works. But Andrei was determined to leave. He even persuaded his wife to follow him and bought two plane tickets. And then they kill him. At the same time, no one knows the details of the murder, although quite a lot of time has passed”.
Alexander Pikayev
In 2010, Alexander Pikayev, head of the Department for Disarmament and Conflict Resolution of the Center for International Security of the IMEMO RAN, died in Malta under strange circumstances. The death of Alexander Pikayev is a grievous and largely irreparable loss for the staff of the Institute, the Russian and world expert community in the field of international security issues. According to the Times of Malta, a mark from the blow was visible on the head of the deceased. However, law enforcement agencies were in no hurry to enter: perhaps the injury was received during the fall. The police noted that when Pikayev's body was discovered, his computer was still working, all data was deleted.
In Zhukovsky, Gennady Pavlovets, an outstanding aerodynamicist, doctor of technical sciences, professor, laureate of the State Prizes of Russia and Ukraine, the N. E. Zhukovsky, advisor to the directorate of TsAGI, honorary citizen of the city of Zhukovsky. He worked on the creation of the 5th generation aircraft. On July 13, 2010, at about 8 pm, in a country house located in Zhukovsky near Moscow, after extinguishing a fire, the body of 70-year-old Gennady Pavlovets was found with signs of a violent death. The criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - murder.
For 10 years, about 40 world-famous Russian scientists have died under strange circumstances. Are the aliens involved in this case? Most probably not. But who and for what killed these people?
There is and is perfect "earthly" explanation of what is happening. For example, the US presidential candidate Rick Santorum (Richard Santorum) at one time made it clear that if elected, he would authorize secret operations of the American special services, as a result of which Russian nuclear physicists participating in the work on Iran's nuclear program could be killed … Here's what he said during the debate of the US presidential candidates from the Republican Party, which took place in South Carolina (broadcast by CBS):

I hope the US was involved (in all of these operations). I hope that during covert operations we are taking all the necessary steps to keep Iran's nuclear program from moving forward.
