“As far as I know, the employees of Russian Railways carried out some work with electricity. Coincidence or something else. At that moment, the house light blinked. And in the garden the computers were knocked out. And before the outbreak, a clap was heard,”wrote Irina Efremova. Some residents of Noyabrsk added that such outbreaks are often seen on the NSR. In EDDS Noyabrsk correspondent "MK Yamal" was informed that information about the incident was not received by the dispatch service. Also, they know nothing about the outbreak at the November Electric Networks company.
“There were no power surges on our networks, what kind of flash the residents saw - we do not know,” the company commented. Representatives of Energo-Gaz-Noyabrsk also could not explain the reason for the bright flash in the sky. At the same time, power engineers assume that such a flash could have been caused by an overlap of wires in a strong wind.
