On the scale of the history of planet Earth, the car is, let's say, a very young invention. However, there is another, completely opposite opinion.

Strange deep tracks resembling the track of cars with wide tires, according to Alexander Koltypin, geologist and director of the Research Center of Natural Science of the Moscow International Independent Ecological and Political University, were left about 12 million years ago … by vehicles. It sounds incredibly bold, and some will say that it is fantastically delusional. But, if in all fairness, do we know everything about our planet, which to this day keeps many amazing mysteries? Sometimes it seems that humanity knows more about space than about Earth. What secrets are hidden in the depths of the planet, how many species and forms of life continue to elude researchers and scientists, how did man appear and which civilization really was the first? This is just a small list of questions that trouble minds.

Koltypin is convinced that the track was left by heavy machinery used by the ancient civilization that inhabited the planet 12-14 million years ago. Traces have been found in Italy, Malta, France, Kazakhstan and even North America. For example, the stone roads of Absheron. But most of them are in the historical Turkish area of Cappadocia. According to the researcher, erosion and heavy mineral deposits indicate the age of the tracks, although the fossilization could have occurred not during the Miocene, but over several hundred years. However, the ancient SUV hypothesis is indeed very interesting.

The earth in the place of one of the largest clusters is cut by three dozen tracks - they meander, converge and diverge. During the expedition of Andrei Kuznetsov in 2014, an amazing find was made. Where the tracks passed through the hills, slots remained on the vertical surfaces, as if they had been drawn by a side ledge on the body of the vehicle. The researchers were amazed that each scratch goes along its entire length, and each block of such marks is very even in height.
