Today, the average human life span is seventy-one years. But this was not always the case. During the Paleolithic and Neolithic times, people lived for only eighteen years; in Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome they lasted until twenty-two years; in the Middle Ages, the majority of the world's population did not even cross the thirty-five-year line; in the middle of the nineteenth century, the average life expectancy was forty years, and in the early twentieth century, sixty years.

It turns out that humanity is steadily increasing its ability to live longer with every century. The average life expectancy is increasing by about four months a year. Today it is considered the limit of life of a human being - 115-120 years. Therefore, it can be said with a high probability that people who are thirty years old today will reach their middle age after reaching a hundred years old.

How do the horizons of our earthly existence expand? What factor influences the new generation of people, allowing them to live longer than the previous ones? Perhaps the achievement of medical science? What are the possibilities of surgery? Antibiotic use? Yes. But only partly.

Doctors themselves admit that their contribution to increasing life expectancy is not so great. According to statistics, medicine can extend the life span by no more than ten percent. What allows people to live longer and longer; and vice versa: what prevents them from reaching the milestone of two hundred years or more? How are centenarians different from ordinary people?

More and more researchers come to the conclusion that the duration of a human life is a program that is loaded into our subconscious literally from birth. We live as long as it is customary to live in the society around us. We grow old only because everyone else around us is aging: our parents, relatives, friends, acquaintances - the entire social environment surrounding each individual. We are all literally imbued with the aging program, we live in this program. And in order to get out of it and prolong life, you need to work hard on your own consciousness, and set yourself a different line of aging - 150-200 years.

Long-livers of the planet

Most regions of the planet, home to a record number of centenarians, are cut off from the outside world. The consciousness of the people living here was formed under unusual conditions. Modern civilization has almost no influence on them. The most striking example is Tibet. For many centuries this unique country - the keeper of the traditions of the East - was fenced off from the world by the highest mountain wall. It was almost impossible for a European to get to Tibet.

It was only in the twentieth century that frequent explorers were surprised to discover that Tibetan lamas live three times longer than ordinary people. This race of centenarians originally lives in a program that allows them to live up to two hundred years or more. But at the same time, they do not carry any loads associated with social interaction.

Many inhabitants of the Caucasus are also in a different temporal reality. The largest number of centenarians live in Karachay-Cherkessia, the mountains of Azerbaijan and Abkhazia. More than forty percent of the local old people have passed the 100-year mark.

It is believed that the secret of longevity of highlanders is thin air, ecologically clean food and melt water of glaciers. Scientists are sure that this is not the only reason. Residents of remote highland auls live without knowing age patterns that distort the purity of consciousness. Looking at their cheerful hundred-year-old grandfathers, from childhood they program themselves for the same lifespan.

How long can a person live? Science claims that the reserves of our body are calculated for about one hundred and sixty years. But what about the bicentennial Tibetan lamas and other centenarians? In India, for example, in 1956, the death of a person who turned 186 years old was officially registered. And in China in 1933 an old man died, who lived for two and a half centuries.

It is completely natural to live long. According to biblical traditions, the average life span of mankind was up to one and a half thousand years.

But how in the modern world, where most people live up to a maximum of 80 years, to prolong life twice or more? What rules should be followed in order to maintain youth at least until your centenary.

Longevity Recipes: How to Extend Life

Scientists have long been studying the lifestyle of those who have managed to live a hundred years. Research results make it possible to derive a formula for longevity. The first rule: if you want to prolong life - eat little, do not overeat. And there is a scientific explanation for this. If a person eats a lot, then the waste products do not have time to be released, the body does not have time to cleanse and remove them from itself. This harms our cells and brings aging of the body closer.

Our youth is our way of thinking. And if you know that up to a hundred years you will keep a young healthy strong body and a clear mind, then no one will bother you to prolong life thanks to this firm knowledge. If you want to look young and live a long life, just program yourself to do so.

How can you rebuild your consciousness and learn to plan your life for a couple of hundred years ahead, in spite of the existing attitudes in society?

First of all, you need to first think: why would you live long? And, after all, do you need such a long life? If you have decided on the purpose of further long existence, then buy a notebook or notebook and write down your plans for the next three hundred years of life in it. This will expand your consciousness and activate the long life program.

Another thing is that hardly all people want to live that long. And if they have no reason to live three hundred years, then they have no reason to live one day. Let them lie down and die. Simple, but ironclad logic, which nevertheless explains something.

In most industrialized countries, old age is associated with retirement. If you become a pensioner, then you are already an elderly person, and there you are already not far from the grave. This is one of the most persistent social attitudes that limit our life expectancy.

After a person has retired, they begin their survival period, which on average is fifteen years. This is a social setting, and the state pension funds plan to pay pensions for each person for no more than this period. And on a subconscious level you believe in this, and, therefore, you live that much.

On January 1, 2017, a law came into force, according to which the retirement age of state and municipal employees will be gradually increased in Russia over several years. Eventually, women officials will begin to retire at 63, and men at 65. These people will have a longer active life, which means that they will most likely live longer.

But there is no need to rely on any laws there. If you want to be young, be young. Stop associating yourself with aging. Just understand that you have only been programmed.

In order to tune oneself for a long life, one must daily expose oneself to self-hypnosis (meditate), step by step, freeing oneself from the attitudes entrenched in consciousness. It will be enough for you to devote only five minutes a day to such a meditation - even the busiest person can allocate this time for yourself.

Left alone by yourself, throw extraneous thoughts out of your head, concentrate and repeat verbal statements, for example: "I am young and full of strength!"

And the right hemisphere of the brain will begin to hear this signal coming from the left hemisphere, and will begin to create images of youth, and, consequently, all organs of the body will begin to work, as the brain ordered them, making the most of its resources.

An example of one of the meditations: Imagine that you are one hundred years old today. You look at yourself in the mirror and see a young face with smooth skin, a straight back; you smile, you are happy, you have many plans for this and the next days. This image is remembered, all cells are read and adjusted to it, if, of course, it is strong enough and supported by powerful emotional nourishment.

It has been proven that people who have a clear idea of their goals and objectives live the longest; who know how to dream and make dreams come true. Is it worth it to smoke the sky for a hundred years if life is boring, monotonous and there is no development in it? If a person lives just like that: from paycheck to paycheck, by inertia, then he has no internal incentive to prolong his life.

Scientists have come to the conclusion that the mortality rate of people with a high level of education is four times lower than the mortality rate of those with little education. It turns out that the brain ages much faster without mental stress.

The famous German physician Christoph Wilhelm Hufeland wrote back in the nineteenth century: "A person, even for his physical condition, needs a certain degree of education, since it contributes to his longevity."

For those who want to extend their lives, doctors advise to tirelessly load their brain: read books, solve crosswords, learn foreign languages. And you also need to work with your hands - sewing, sculpting, drawing, making something. Developing fine motor skills of the fingers is useful not only in childhood. Our hands are closely connected to the brain. If the hands are working, the brain starts working. Accordingly, if the hands do not work, the brain begins to fall asleep. If the brain falls asleep, then the work of all internal organs and body systems decreases.

You can just write a short text by hand - best with a fountain pen. But if you tap your fingers on the computer keyboard, there will be no useful effect.

One more piece of advice on how to postpone the inevitable ending and prolong life. No matter how paradoxical it may sound, in order to live longer, you need to think about death more often and treat it with complete calmness. That is, to work with the fear of death. Most people have a fear of imminent death and constantly try to suppress it. This hidden phobia affects a person's daily behavior, forcing them to abandon many plans and plans, and ultimately shortens their life significantly.

If people knew exactly when they would die, then they would live life to the fullest, treasure every second, and try to make as many accomplishments as possible in this life.

Many people, having reached the age of forty, stop celebrating birthdays, instinctively being afraid of near old age and imminent death. Psychologists say: such a phobia, as a rule, affects those who have not achieved anything in life. Maybe it makes sense to measure age not by the number of years lived, but by the number of really significant cases?
