26-year-old Carlos Rodriguez, who after the tragic incident received the nickname "Halfy" (Halfy), admitted that he lost half of his head as a result of an accident, as he was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Back in 2010, the police arrested such an unusual person on suspicion of prostitution, marijuana possession and robbery.
Moreover, 25-year-old Carlos Rodriguez turned out to be a typical lawbreaker in behavior, and the police did not have any problems with him either during the arrest, or when filling out documents and conducting formalities at the station - he gave his name, obediently took a picture and left fingerprints, but still difficulties arose when the investigator had to fill in the “special signs” column.

Carlos Rodriguez was involved in a car accident, as a result of which he flew out of the car through the front window and landed his head on the asphalt. Urgent medical attention saved Carlos Rodriguez's life, but he is now forced to live without the frontal lobes of the brain.
Carlos Rodriguez does not regret it at all, he continues to have fun and enjoy life. To tell the truth, Carlos did not really need brains even before the accident: he was fond of marijuana, led a criminal life and drove a car at high speed in a state of drug intoxication.
