A photographer from Eugene (USA) filmed an ordinary car accident, but it turned out that he took a picture of the century!
Newspaper reporter Andrew Ritterheim happened to be at the scene of the accident that killed 32-year-old housewife Velma Keener. A Cadillac crashed into her car from behind at high speed, which was trying to slip through a red traffic light. In the collision, both vehicles caught fire. Three passengers of the intruder's car escaped with fright, but the innocent Mrs. Keener died.
- I photographed the flames above the burning cars and rushed to the laboratory in order to have time to give material for the evening edition of the newspaper, recalled Andrew Ritterheim. - But, looking at the fresh prints, I was simply stunned with mystical horror. I could not believe my eyes, but in the five photographs in the middle of the fire, one could clearly distinguish a three-meter-tall figure with outstretched wings-arms. The figure was black, as if absorbing light. You can think what you want, but I'm sure: my automatic camera snatched the very moment when the Angel of Death appeared to take the soul of Velma Keener …
Ritterheim's photographs were published in leading newspapers and became a sensation. The photographer cannot be blamed for forgery - after all, the authenticity of the pictures has been established by experts.
- And if so, - said Ritterheim, - who else could it be if not the Angel of Death? I am now quite sure of this …

For a whole 12 minutes, a face looked out of space at the astronauts of the American Space Shuttle. Impassive and studying. After that, the mystical phenomenon disappeared as suddenly as it appeared.
What did the crew of the spacecraft have to face? In shock from what they saw, the experts of the National Aeronautics Administration, who studied the photographic document, as expected, they are unable to explain it. It is only possible to assert with certainty that an image of a person's face has appeared in the Universe. It was huge - the size of our 150 Suns.
This begs the question: why has no one seen this "face" before? Probably because the "portrait" has the ability to appear and disappear at will. Well, why did the astronauts see it? Perhaps, in this way to remind: we are being watched from the depths of the Universe for a long time and intently.
The shadow of death behind

- I have been retired for a long time, and before for many years I worked as a photographer, laboratory assistant and expert in one fairly competent institution: I photographed, as they say now, representatives of the highest echelon of power. In my photographs, they were both separately and in companies, in an official and domestic setting. As the years passed, not only the technique was improved, but also the methods of photography, film processing and the technology of printing images. And the time came when I could shoot not only visible objects, but also what is invisible to the naked eye.
At first, I did not pay much attention to the shadow that fell from a rather important official. Just a little darker than others. Interested in what is the matter? Having studied the shadow in special lighting, I was very surprised: in the photo, the official is wearing a cloak and a hat, and his shadow is as if in tights, tight-fitting the body, and without a hat. There was no person nearby or nearby.
He showed his find to the boss. He was amazed at the discovery. In the same way, they processed several more shots with this official, filmed earlier. I found the same "shadow" on everyone. They thought, analyzed, assumed, and never came to any conclusions. A month and a half later, this official died suddenly.
After some time, after new filming of the government and its entourage, we saw a "shadow" behind another official, now a military one. And three months later he died in an accident. Now my boss and I are pondering in a certain mystical fear. We ran through a huge work with pictures of the first deceased and found that the first time a shadow appeared behind him exactly three months before his death.
With hidden fear, we began to wait for the third case in order to draw more or less definite conclusions. And the case was not long in coming. "Shadow" appeared behind the back of the most important citizen of our Fatherland. My boss and I decided to inform the authorities. He died exactly three months after the appearance of the "shadow".
Now I took photos almost daily. I filmed at every opportunity all members of the government, representatives of government of all ranks … In a word, we could have known about the death, death, fatal illness of the top officials of the party and the government at least three months before the tragedy. But, alas, they could not preempt death or help anyone. We could not even make out in more detail this very "shadow" that knew everything in advance and came for the human soul - the first.
Probably, someone did not like this “visionary” work, we were forbidden to continue it. After I retired, I don’t know if it is going on today, if not … This is the business of big bosses. Since that time, I have abruptly changed my attitude to my present life, and to the one that begins after death, and I no longer doubt that it exists.
The riddle of glowing crosses
For 135 years, who knew about a small Baptist church in Copper Ridge (Tennessee, America), because it was no different from many others. However, in November 1995, they began to talk about it throughout the country. Since that time, at least 44,000 people have witnessed the appearance of the luminous crosses in the church, the origin of which is completely incomprehensible.
“One evening in early November 1995, my wife and I drove past our beautiful church and suddenly saw in amazement how for a short time there was a glow around it,” recalls Joe Ballard, rector of the church in Copper Ridge. - Having returned home, we thought for a long time about what it could mean. On November 8, I was preaching a sermon in the church, and then a bright light hit the window, and through the glass we saw a glowing cross - this was his first appearance. Of course, the thought of some kind of optical phenomenon immediately came to my mind, but after that the crosses regularly began to appear again. And then we became convinced that this was not a play of light at all, but something completely different …
The same was observed in other cities. Former radio journalist Badi Piper, who has been studying these cases since 1988, has collected a dossier of light crosses. He is convinced that this is a sign to humanity: great changes are coming in the world, and a teacher will again appear to us - Christ for Christians, Buddha for Buddhists, Imam Madhi for Muslims, Messiah for Jews, Krishna for Hindus.
But Copper Ridge is clearly out of the ordinary.
“I have never heard of several light crosses appearing in one place at once,” says Badi. “They are usually seen in the homes of the poor through the bathroom windows. And in this small church there is a real "parade" of crosses …
It should be noted that the local residents had other visions. Once, for example, many of the parishioners saw a ghostly male figure with clear outlines. The stranger walked through the church three times, and then disappeared.
Another time, the pastor says, he was about to go to bed, when suddenly he saw a small cross in the bedroom window and heard a voice saying: "Do not close the doors of the church, and soon I will be back!" Ballard asked, "Who are you?" But there was no answer. The cross disappeared as suddenly as it appeared.
Piper, who visited this church, saw the crosses in the windows himself and was amazed at their size and beauty. According to his estimates, the crosses "flash" about 30 meters from the observers and go 12 meters into the sky.
Photographer Tour Donovan noted that as you get closer to the windows, you see the crosses decrease in size, and the further you are, the larger they are.
Of course, there are those who call all this a hoax, to which the churchmen went to attract new parishioners to the church. Skeptics have promised to "uncover the swindle," but so far they have not been particularly successful. On the contrary, one of these unbelievers somehow decided to examine the window more closely in search of the "secret of focus", and suddenly a fireball flew out of the cross and flew through the glass knocking the experimenter down. Everyone thought he was dead, but he was safe and sound. But after that he became the most devout believer - to such an extent, what happened convinced him of the authenticity of the existence of light crosses …
Snapshot on … mushroom
Figures - his and his wife's, the silhouette of an aircraft, a fire, an oval of the face in its flame and incomprehensible symbols - such a complex composition, as if the imprint of a photograph, was seen on the hat of the largest porcini mushroom he found the day before, Georgy Anisimov from Cheboksary. This photo was published at one time in the newspaper "Soviet Chuvashia".
And the background of the find is as follows. George and his wife were picking cranberries, and late decided to spend the night in the forest by the fire. Late at night, Anisimov suddenly saw a luminous ball flying straight at him and rapidly increasing in size. At that time, the wife went out to get some brushwood. The man lost consciousness and came to his senses about an hour later from the crying of his wife who was trying to revive him …
Anisimovs still had to experience a lot in the forest. And when they came home, they found the same mushroom among the collected ones the next day …
Strange harpoon
During the construction of a highway through the Kalahari Desert, a mysterious object was discovered near the city of Molepolole, Botswana.
It looks very much like a whaling harpoon. Its length is slightly more than one meter. It is made of a silvery material with a matte sheen, the sting is made of black metal with a sheen of reddish tint. There is not even a trace of corrosion on the "harpoon". With the help of chemical analysis, it was determined: the alloys from which the strange object is made are unknown on our planet, the Austrian newspaper Volkstimme reported.
