The most creepy ghost of the Washington White House is rightfully considered not the ghost of Lincoln or Jackson, but the ghost known as the Demon Cat, which is sometimes called simply - DC.
This incredible creature seemed in its behavior immeasurably closer to the forces of hell than to ordinary ghosts. The otherworldly beast lives in the basement of the White House and in a room known as the crypt.
Everyone who came across him claimed that it was a black creature with glowing red eyes. Before its victims, it appears first as a cute black kitten, and then suddenly grows to enormous sizes, turning into an evil creature. This hellish cat sometimes attacks people, leaving scratches that do not heal for a very long time. The guards fired at him more than once, but the bullets against the hellish cat are powerless.
Where did this tailed ghost come from? According to Daniel Cohen, author of Animal Phantoms, in 1800 the Capitol and the White House were filled with rats and mice. To solve the problem, dozens of cats and kittens were launched into the building. After they completed their mission, they were overfished and returned to where they had originally recruited. However, one cat on Capitol Hill remained forever - and it was just DC.

One January night in 1970, one of the White House guards was walking down the hallway when he saw the Demon Cat. His eyes glowed blood red in the darkness. The employee seemed to be paralyzed. He could not budge, no matter how hard he tried. The phantom before his eyes grew to the size of a tiger, opened its mouth, bared its huge teeth and raised its front paw with the same huge claws. The guard closed his eyes and began to pray, and when he opened, the ghost was gone.
As a rule, a Demonic cat, unexpectedly appearing in front of a person, is content to put him into a stupor with only one of its fantastic looks. However, if the person who meets the cat is not afraid, the ghostly creature attacks him with fury.

He was seen a week before the 1929 stock market crash that led to the Great Depression, before the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and he appears on the eve of other serious and dramatic events. Sometimes he flickers in periods when power is transferred from one president to another.
