The Philadelphia Experiment - a 20th century mystery

Beginning in 1979, participants in the Montauk Project began to implement the final phase, which set the task of completing the Philadelphia experiment. Speech, in this case, was about the possibility of travel in time. Structurally, the experiment was provided with the same means that were used in the Philadelphia experiment. A radio frequency antenna was installed on the main mast of the destroyer Eldridge.

The coils, which were supplied with impulse voltage, were fixed on the deck. A similar scheme was reproduced, but with more power of the installation and improved control. The radio frequencies were sent to an antenna emitting in all directions, located above the transmitter building. The other, non-electromagnetic component of the radio frequency came from below and was caused by the magnetic field generated by the underground antenna. When these frequencies were summed up, time swirls and warps occurred. The theory applied in the experiment assumed that there was a “zero time” in the Universe, relative to which the transmission of Duncan's psychic signals had to be coherent [1]. For this, according to Dr. von Neumann, it was necessary for the transmitter to be coherent with zero time. It followed from this theory, that the zero-time standard makes it possible to go back in time to the time of the Philadelphia experiment. Thus, an ambitious goal was formulated: to open in time the door in 1943, to the American destroyer Eldridge.

The system worked this way. The person in the Montauk Chair was concentrating on time travel from the present (at that moment in 1980), for example, to 1990. At the same time, exactly in the center of the "Delta T" antenna, a "tunnel" was opening in time from 1980 to 1990. It looked like a cylindrical corridor with light at the other end. The passage existed while Duncan was focused in the 1980s and 1990s. Those who visited the corridor said that it looked like a spiral. When entering the tunnel, the feeling of movement in outer space was created. Initially, the passage did not provide an accurate hit. If someone passed through the tunnel and exited in 1960, then, returning, he could not return, since the tunnel drifted in time. A person could get lost in space and time. Thus, the passage opened but drifted. This was due to the fact that Duncan himself, who was in the Chair, was drifting. He had to undergo intense training to develop the necessary concentration and ensure the stability of the tunnel. In addition, the equipment had to be adjusted additionally. By 1981, the required accuracy was achieved. The result became predictable and planned. Essentially, the experiments carried out by scientists created temporary vortices in 1943, 1963 and 1983, which served as starting points. Side vortex spirals, or open spirals, branched off from the main ones at starting points (respectively in 1943, 1963 or 1983). Montauk used a branch on August 12, 1983.to develop the necessary focus and ensure the stability of the tunnel. In addition, the equipment had to be adjusted additionally. In the future, we achieved the accuracy of opening the "tunnel" not only at the right time, but also in the right place. When they achieved stability in time and space, everyone was fired, clearing the base of personnel and leaving only a few, the most important specialists. In the strictest secrecy, new technical personnel were recruited. The project entered a new phase and was named "Phoenix-3". This phase lasted from February 1981 to 1983 and aimed at time travel …

Time tunnels

Preston Nichols, an engineer who worked on the Montauk Project program for about ten years, spoke about events that are difficult to fit into consciousness. The further this project progressed, the more fantastic tasks were set for the participants in the experiments.

Preston said that by the time the project entered a phase called Phoenix 3, it was already possible to make time transitions. The installation, created over the past decades, with the help of a specially trained operator and an electromagnetic field of a special configuration, created tunnels in time. The task of the team primarily included conventional reconnaissance. Using the tunnel, they took air and soil samples without going through the exit. The tunnel had a spiral shape, was lit and always led down. Entering it, a person quickly covered the entire path. It was thrown to the other end, usually according to where the transmitter was pointing. Subsequently, people began to be sent into the tunnel. Having completed his mission, the person returned to the tunnel (which was always open for the traveler) and ended up where he left from. But if during the work there were power outages, the person was lost in time or inside the spiral itself. Many were lost, although scientists never deliberately abandoned them. According to Duncan, the tunnel of time had the following property: after passing about two-thirds of the way down the tunnel, the body seemed to lose energy. The man felt a strong shock and saw a wide step. At the same time, the person experienced a certain intellectual upsurge, an influx of some kind of spiritual knowledge. Scientists tried to explain such feelings as a state of complete non-existence, the manifestations of which the researchers tried to find in Duncan. Who were the messengers at other times? More often than not, these people were drunkards and homeless vagrants whose disappearance could not be noticed. If they returned, they provided a full account of what they saw. Most of the drunks used in the experiments never came back. How many people remained in the labyrinths of time is unknown.

As the Phoenix-3 project developed, people selected for the experiment were equipped with various types of television and radio equipment to transmit information directly. As long as this connection was maintained, the researchers could see and hear the same as the traveler. The people managing the project began to play a kind of game, manipulating the past and the future. According to the homeless, the researchers even used children. There was a whole team that brought the children to Montauk. Some then returned home, and some did not. These were usually children between the ages of 10 and 16. Most often they were fair-haired, blue-eyed, tall and white-skinned. According to external data, they all belonged to the Aryan type. As far as I know, girls were not recruited to this group. It is not known where these children were sent, what they were taught or programmed for. Whether they returned or not remains a mystery. It was only possible to find out that the recruits were immediately sent to the future, and always to the same ruined abandoned city. Everything seemed to be frozen there, no signs of life. In the center of the city there was a square with a golden horse on a pedestal, which contained inscriptions that recruits were instructed to read. Each recruit got acquainted with the inscription and reported. They were always asked if they had met anyone, and each of them made up a description of everything they saw. According to some reports, from 3 to 10 thousand people were moved there. No explanation was found for these actions. The events of the Montauk Project described in this series of articles are striking in their fantasticness. It is difficult to assert whether everything that the eyewitnesses said was achieved, but the facts accompanying all these events really indicate that this project took place. The authors of the American feature film "The Philadelphia Experiment" think the same. However, the fact that the Montauk project involved more than just the technical component raises serious concern. As mentioned above, given the participation in the experiments of psychics and the use of psychotropic technologies, the results of the experience could be influenced by beings from a parallel world, namely, the spirits of evil. In this case, the formed tunnel could lead not to the real future or past, but to virtual reality created by creatures from a parallel world to mislead experimenters.

As for the creation of real tunnels in hyperspace and travel in time, we must take into account that the official science lags behind the secret by about 80 years. Therefore, the hyperspace tunnel, apparently realized in the Philadelphia experiment, is not impossible. The issue of time travel is already openly raised even in official scientific circles and no longer causes a smile. According to the head of the "Cosmopoisk" group V. Chernobrov, practical development of devices that change the uniformity of time are already being carried out abroad, and directly by the "Cosmopoisk" specialists. As for the Montauk project, it will take a long time before its secrets are revealed.
