At first glance, nothing out of the ordinary. There are columns carved with bronze chisels from a single piece of stone. But if you take a closer look, you will notice that part of the outer layer fell off on one of the columns, and under it it became clear that the column was not integral. It clearly consists of several pieces. How so? What is this strange one-piece piece of stone from a quarry, consisting of several parts?
The answer is pretty simple. The column is poured from geopolymer concrete and plastered. Because that's the easiest way to make it. Why chisel a stone with a chisel if you can just make it from mortar? And on fresh plaster it is very easy to squeeze out hieroglyphs. That's the whole secret.

It serves as a formwork. They put up the boards, laid them with a mat and poured concrete mixture. The mat is needed in order to make it easier to remove the formwork.
