Probably, when the Indian photojournalist from Bengaluru Regret Iyer conceived his sensation in the hope of getting into the Guinness Book of Records with her, he did not even suspect about the true value of the material that fell into his hands. Iyer's plans were rather modest: to prove that India was the first to fly a "heavier-than-air motor" and that it was built by a talented self-taught named Talpand, and the world's first plane flew over one of the Bombay beaches exactly 8 years before the historic flight Orville Wright.

As evidence, Regret Iyer intended to send platinum clay and an old tome to the London headquarters of the Book of Records, which contained an indication that the engines of this airplane were supposedly powered by solar energy. The aircraft itself, depicted on the clay, surprisingly resembled modern airliners, only the wings of this "spindle" are shorter than those to which we are accustomed today in the designs of modern aircraft, and are related closer to the tail unit.

However, philologists and cryptologists - experts in ancient writings - who joined the study of the journalist's findings, advised Iyer not to rush. Upon careful reading, it turned out that he himself, due to insufficient knowledge, hastened to conclusions, and the entry in the folio dates back to times much more ancient: it was reported that chroniclers from generation to generation passed on to each other the legend of the aircraft that appeared in the area present-day Bombay over a thousand years ago. That is why in the temple where the photojournalist discovered the folio, there was also a clay tablet with a description of a heavenly miracle and its drawing. Recently, the abbot of the temple gave scientists an exact copy of this tablet, only made of wood and painted in the rongo-rongo technique.

Thor Heyerdahl put forward a hypothesis: these tablets, being first made somewhere in South America, for many years sailed along with sailors of antiquity to India and China. A number of Western scientists meanwhile expresses a version that they appeared in all parts of our planet almost simultaneously and were a kind of farewell messages that were left by space messengers to the aboriginal earthlings. Perhaps wishing them to live in peace and leaving in memory of themselves the image of the ships that visited the Earth.

The find in Bangalore thus confirms this version. However, it is interesting not only for this. The deciphering of the entries in the folio indicates, most likely, that this aircraft was indeed an aircraft and was intended not for interplanetary travel, but for moving in the earth's atmosphere. In itself, this is already a discovery, because even the supporters of the hostile (still!) Version of the aliens' visit to Earth by many scientists believed: the same ships that brought aliens to Earth served them to move in the atmosphere of our planet. Simultaneously with the Indian find, another one followed.

Recently, annual excavations on the island of Crete bring, as a rule, a poor harvest: everything has been dug up and down at different depths. However, at the end of last year, archaeologists recovered a large fragment of some object from clay, which depicts a device that surprisingly resembles a modern heavy helicopter in its layout and outlines. The find is being investigated in the most thorough way, it differs from the well-known rongo-rongo tablets, but this is undoubtedly made in a similar technique. There is also no doubt about something else: the object has been extracted from such a depth that this cultural layer can correspond to a time that is 1.5-2 thousand years from ours.

Supporters of the "alien theory" at the end of last - the beginning of this year were able to breathe a sigh of relief and again become troublemakers in the scientific world. The fact is that for many years the mystery of the world famous "Taung's child" remained unsolved. Back in 1924, the skull of an unknown creature was discovered during excavations near the village of the same name in northwestern South Africa. Without denying his belonging to humanlike creatures, scientists still believed for over seventy years that they were dealing with the remains of an ape-like creature at the age of three years.

Lee Berger and Ron Clark of South Africa's largest University of the Witwatersrand have studied the remains for a number of years. And they hypothesized that they do not belong to an earthly being, but to a humanoid. Of course, he did not die a natural death, but died: there is a characteristic damage to the skull, most likely caused by a fall on sharp stones that form the basis of the soil in this area. Berger and Clark suggest that this humanoid was not a child, but an adult. The spacecraft may have landed too hard. Or maybe one of the members of his crew did not calculate the forces of gravity, having made the first step from the ladder to a new planet for him.

Probably, without the help of our neighbors in the Universe, we will never know reliably either this or many other mysterious stories … The most interesting thing is another: "Taung child", which, according to scientists, it is more correct to call "Taung humanoid", died 2.5 million years back. Which is quite consistent with the assumption that aliens came to our planet almost from the moment of its formation. So, new meetings are not excluded?
