Crimea is a mini-mosaic of the spiritual heritage of the Universe. A place on planet Earth, where an indescribable multitude of accumulations of energetically strong places - Places of Power. The Stone Tomb can truly be considered the gateway to this scakral world full of mysteries and secrets. Recently, in one or another source, information about this riddle of human history has surfaced.
Kamennaya Mogila is located not far from the Kharkov-Simferopol highway, 17 kilometers from the city of Melitopol, in the valley of the Molochnaya River. In the middle of the boundless Azov steppe, out of the blue, a stone island.
The pile of stones resembles a mound in its shape, which explains its name. At the moment, the height of the Stone Tomb is 12 meters. On three hectares of its area there are about three thousand slabs, many of which are covered with ancient images - petroglyphs.
This fantastic pile of huge boulders looks no less mysterious and more impressive than the statues from Easter Island or the famous Inca city of Machu Picchu. Not a single scientist in the world has given even the slightest acceptable hypothesis: where did this come from in the steppes of Ukraine?..
One thing is clear - this place was used by ancient people as a sanctuary and contains rare petroglyphs.
Indeed, here is the “Underground“Hermitage”, as the researcher of the Mogila B. Mikhailov called his book - in 1990 he discovered the Fish Cave, the main attribute of which is a high relief depicting a fish, made on a stone floor covered with petroglyphs in the form of linear geometric figures. The cult of the Fish was widespread not only in Sumer (Mesopotamia), but also in Siberia, Palestine, Asia Minor and the Caucasus. "House of the Fish", or the Cave of the Fish, in the Stone Tomb is a kind of temple where cult rituals were performed. There is also the Grotto of the Dragon, the Bull, and the Cave of the Bison and Artemis, etc. Naturally, the names are conditional, invented by scientists. The early Christians also left their traces here: in separate caves, among the images of mammoths and rhinos, there are symbols of Jesus Christ and crosses.
This is not only a monument to geological eras, but also evidence of the life of the tribes who passed this area and left priceless petroglyphs. Just imagine: on the vaults of the surviving grottoes, there are drawings of the Paleolithic and Mesolithic eras, the copper-bronze era and the Middle Ages. Stylized drawings of deer, bulls, fish, people convey to our days the originality of the worldview of ancient people. It is known that the image of a winged horse arose precisely in the Ukrainian steppes, in the Indo-European ancestral home of the Aryans, and found a figurative embodiment on the slabs of the Stone Tomb. Among many scientists and researchers, there is an opinion that the writing of the Stone Tomb is older than the writing of the Sumerians - the Melitopol petroglyphs are one and a half to two thousand years older than the world famous Mesopotamian clay tablets. Although semi-official science rejects the arguments of scientists who, in addition to hypotheses,provide concrete confirmation in favor of their ideas: "This cannot be, because it can never be!" - This is approximately how the answer of the "patriarchs" from science sounds.

Too many facts indicate the opposite, that in the Black Sea region (both northern and southern), long before the Sumerians appeared in Mesopotamia, there was a unique civilization that built cities, created writing and laid the foundations of modern culture.
In every school textbook on world history, you can read that Sumerian astronomy and mathematics were the most accurate in the entire Middle East. We still divide the year into four seasons, twelve months and twelve signs of the zodiac, we measure angles, minutes and seconds in sixties - just as the Sumerians first began to do.
As for the rock carvings of the Stone Tomb themselves, the researchers determined that their chronology covers the time space from 14-13 millennia BC. e. up to 10-12 centuries. These images were applied mainly not with paints, as in open caves in France, America, North Africa, etc., but were scratched. Only a few originals and copies of petroglyphs can be seen in the museum, which is located next to the grottoes. At one time, this unique monument of human history was investigated by scientists of tsarist Russia, in particular the famous archaeologist Nikolai Veselovsky. Since 1932, V. Danilenko, A. Bader, M. Rudnitsky, V. Gladilin and B. Mikhailov studied the Stone Tomb more or less consistently.
According to M. Rudnitskiy, "the petroglyphic complex of Kamennaya Mogila is, to a certain extent, one of the manifestations of that attitude that has developed within the wide cultural and historical belt that ran through the Old World between India and the European coast of the Atlantic."
An interesting part of the history of the Stone Tomb is the study of the monument by scientists from Nazi Germany.
It is known that Hitler, about to attack the world, blessed and supplied hordes of scientists who had to find a magical basis for the power of the Nazis. They dug around the globe, ranging from the Egyptian pyramids to the necropolises of the Nibelungen.
Therefore, it is no coincidence that during the years of the occupation of Ukraine, SS Reichsfuehrer Himmler, who was in charge of the Nazi institute "Ahnenerbe" ("Legacy of the Ancestors"), showed unexpected interest in the Stone Tomb. He considered the Stone Tomb as the oldest sacred monument of the Aryans.
That is why, when the Wehrmacht captured Melitopol in the fall of 1941, the experts from Anenerbe arrived here, who organized in 1942–43. excavations of the Stone Tomb. The research results have not yet been published.
It is only known that German experts managed to read 40 "proto-Sumerian inscriptions" in the Dog's grotto. It was their compatriot, the scientist A. G. Kifishin in his work Ancient Sanctuary. Stone Tomb. An attempt to decipher the proto-Sumerian archive”(Kiev. 2002) dates back to 6200 BC. And since "the history begins with the Sumerians", archaeologists agree with the opinion of Kifishin that at the end of the 4th millennium BC. The Sumerians left the Lower Dnieper for Mesopotamia, and the Trypillians came to replace them.
But what is most interesting in the legends of the Sumerians is that it says that their legendary exodus took place after “the gods descended from heaven in a heavenly chariot to their historical homeland”. They came on a cultural mission in the area of the Stone Tomb. And they taught the proto-Sumerians to write, cultivate fields and build.
So, in the middle of the 19th century, the English archaeologist Layard discovered an Assyrian cuneiform library with legends that were almost identical to the stories recorded in the Bible - expulsion from paradise, the Flood, etc., but much older. Further study of the issue showed that these legends belonged to the Sumerian civilization, and led to the discovery of the oldest writing on earth. In 1923, the work "Foundations of Sumerian Grammar" was published by the German archaeologist Arno Pebel. Sumerologists still learn from this book today. Pebel lived in America for many years, but in the mid-30s, as a convinced Nazi, he returned to Germany, where he met with Hermann Wirth, the founder and leader of the Nazi mystical society "Ananerbe", which was engaged in the study of the occult experience of civilizations of the past. And what's especially interesting isfrom 1942 to 1943, they work in the occupied Melitopol. Pebel and Wirth, here, are exploring the "Stone Grave", and for some reason they are drilling the soil a few kilometers from the monument.
According to the archaeologist Anatoly Kifishin, the Stone Tomb turned out to be the primary grandiose ancient archive, after reading which one can shed light on the true history of world civilization. And this discovery is much more significant even than Layard's Assyrian library!
Records found in the interfluve of the Tigris and Euphrates speak of the ancestral home of the Sumerians - the place where this civilization came from - the mysterious country of Arrat, the geographical location of which is no less a mystery than this country itself. In the light of the discoveries made at the Stone Grave, it can be assumed that this is the very first state on earth located exactly on the territory of Ukraine, and near Melitopol is the spiritual center of this ancient social formation!
Hence, the fascists' interest in the Stone Tomb is quite understandable - the inhabitants of Arrata are Aryans - the alleged ancestors of the German supernation. Arno Pebel died in 1957 and did not shed light on the details of his work in Ukraine. At the end of the 70s, Herman Wirth promised to publish some work, which is the result of his whole life, but the giant manuscript was stolen under incomprehensible circumstances - whether there was information about the Stone Grave there or not - will remain a mystery. But is there really no chance of finding out what exactly the two luminaries of Nazi science were looking for during the war near Melitopol? Why was it necessary to drill holes in the rock and make pits not far from the sanctuary?
Now "Stone Grave" is a contender to be considered one of the 7 wonders of Ukraine. And the applicant is well deserved. Archaeologists, seekers of truth, secret knowledge and clairvoyants continue to come here from all over the world, but to this day the Stone Tomb continues to keep its secrets and reveals their essence only to those who are ready to accept them.
Psychics and sensitive people feel this prehistoric monument thanks to the outgoing flow of light energy. It is also recorded by satellites. Therefore, the energy of the sandy outlier as high as a five-story building has long attracted people. It is now there that you can read "Vasya was here."
