So, having reached the second Column Facade, in fact, already to the coast of the former sea, and now the depression of Wadi Arab, we went back along the same path to the exit from the Petra reserve. Back - this is another 6 km, looking around, so as not to miss something else and take a good picture. Well, in general, we have more or less given everything, but here's another moment. It is when we have already gone beyond the entrance to Petra, then there on the road that rises up to the town, to our hotel, we saw another mortality. Right on the city road, right uphill, again proof that the mountain is artificial! Just look - right in the direction of the car - the correct antique megaliths!

Image
Image

We got out of the car and took targeted shots of the correct megaliths of some foundation standing there. In ANTIQUE time, everything that stood on them, some incredible force swept away at one moment what stood on this gigantic foundation! Now here are the houses of the Arabs, it is clear that these giant foundations are not designed for them!

And this is where a piece of megalith fell down:

On this we seem to have finished the description of Petra herself. It is clear that here in Petra you can sit for a month - a year! Climb the rocks! But we don't have the capacity for that. Our task was to run superficially - to see what we were looking for - traces of the destroyed SUPER-civilizations and to take pictures to interest and make readers think.

Tomorrow we go to the Wadi Rum desert. To the Bedouins. It's not far, 70 kilometers from Petra - we will contemplate another molten ATAS!

Image
Image

From Petra to Wadi Rum 121 km, 1.5 hours drive. Taxi drivers charge 70 dollars. And there you will have to hire a jeep in the desert - that's another 30 bucks or 25 dinars. Here is a simple map where Petra and Wadi Rum are mutually marked:

Image
Image

So, in the morning we leave Petra for Wadi Rum. We drive south first on the local road along the giant Wadi Araba Basin, then turn east towards the Royal Highway; drive south along the Royal Highway for a while.

Image
Image

Such freestanding giant floats are beginning to appear along the left side of the Royal Highway in the Wadi Rum area. Take into account that the lens is smaller:

Image
Image

And this we have already turned from the Royal Highway to the left and then there is another 25 km to this Arab village, whose business is to carry tour-tourists in the desert with giant granite melts, and say what THEY told them to say - that these melts, they say, “Wonders of nature” is a product, they say, of spontaneous erosion of weathering mountains! Right now, we'll see - what kind of "miracles of nature" they are! - Wonders of the highest level TECHNOLOGY!

Here is from WIKI. This is a desert in which huge stone melts stick out like mushrooms on an absolutely horizontal surface.

Similar things that we saw in the state of Uta, in the USA, in the national park “ARKI”.

Generally very similar to Arizona - the state of Uta! This is especially the ARKI park, in Uta state. There is no doubt that these regions were affected in the same way!

And we have selected videos on WADI RAM, so that you can imagine what it is, and we will poke specifically later.

Highest point in Wadi Rum:

In a hot air balloon over Wadi Rum. Pay attention to the perfect horizontal position.

This horizontality, it appears only in one case - if there has been water for thousands of years! We so imagine that in this area there were separate giant granite skyscrapers, and they stood in the water, which has leveled the earth here for thousands of years. And when the fusion occurred, the skyscrapers turned into melts, and the water evaporated.

But let's continue … First, the taxi driver brought us to the “VISITOR CENTER”. There is a Visitor Center, which is quite modern by American standards. Which is in stark contrast to the srach that this Arab village represents. In the "Visitor Center" you had to pay 5 dinars to enter the desert. Here we were passed from hand to hand, from our constant chauffeur to the hands of a local young chauffeur in a ragged Jeep 30 years ago. We drove through the gates into the desert in this Jeep, which turned out to be killed by Toyota. There was a rout in the cabin, but the main thing was that the car was capable of driving in the desert. And as we, having shown a ticket, entered the gates of the desert, we found ourselves in an Arab village. It turned out to be a rather large village, better to say, a settlement, with one-story stone houses and straight streets littered with heaps of rubbish. This blue shed on the left is, the chauffeur told us, "a big store."

Image
Image

In this shop there are huge stacks of Coca-Cola and mountains of chips in bags, the rest was small. We stocked up with some kind of juice and water, took their bread in flat cakes, just in case, and didn't find anything decent else, were satisfied with that, since dinner was promised to us in the tent camp.

This is such a general photo of the village. As you can see, the village is located on a completely flat surface between 2 regular rows of colossal straight rocks in red! That is, these 2 rows of rocks were laid exactly like a string!

Image
Image

They build houses and fences from such large cement bricks that they make themselves. Their bricks are much larger than regular bricks, but small enough to be operated by one person. Arabs use them to build houses and fences. The houses, as you can see, are more like a bunker, the windows are rare. Since a house for an Arab is a cube where you can hide from the heat, and they do not need windows. In this respect, the houses of the Arabs are like those of the Mexicans, that is, it is a minimal deaf cement cube in which you can hide from the heat. Here is the view from the courtyard, these are their versatile cement bricks. And the rocky ridge:

Image
Image

See the red arrow in the photo? Now we will take a closer look at this place.

Image
Image

As you can see, here the correct corner joint of granite monoliths has preserved its shape. Here we will bring this place even closer, where rock climbers train here right next to the village.

Image
Image

The straight geometric lines of the monolithic blocks are evident here, and notice the black soot on the red granite. This soot will be everywhere on the rocks. And here we must remember that in America, the entire Colorado River canyon is carved inside the same red stone covered with the same soot! We even then on the Colorado River noted that this entire canyon 2 thousand kilometers long seemed to be carved out by a huge circular saw, which heated up and left such black traces of waste on the canyon walls. This is the Colorado River:

Image
Image

It looks like there were similar things happening here in Wadi Rum and Arizona-Uta! Here we will show you these mountain ranges between which the village is located, because the Arabs are not fools, they chose the only place for the village where the rock ridges are equidistant from each other for several kilometers as if by a thread:

Image
Image

Notice in this photo that at the bottom of the ridge there is a layer of some other melt - dark! Now let's get closer. See, the bottom dark melt layer:

Image
Image

Here's even closer!

Image
Image

We will return to this lower dark layer with explanations when we are in the tent camp, under such a rock and such a melt. And now we will look at the wall of granite rocks opposite to this rock ridge, between which an Arab village is huddled. Here is the opposite rock ridge:

Image
Image

Now we will look “under a magnifying glass”! Here we have circled where on this wall there is a place in the middle with a clear cubic structure, an obvious square pattern of the correct masonry:

Image
Image

Let's get closer. There are more correctness on the wall than we emphasized:

Image
Image

Even closer. It is faintly visible, but even without underlining, it is seen that the wall is “broken” into squares; a lot is deformed and worn out, but if at least part of the wall is square, then it was all that way, that is, built of regular blocks!

Image
Image

At this point, we finish the inspection of the Arab village located between two flat massive rock granite ridges, and move to a tent camp where we will spend the night.

Read the continuation here.
