Having looked at many of the most diverse ancient structures in Italy, I saw only that there was no perfect treatment there. That is, the blocks are not the most ideal shape, they are not polished, but the dimensions are amazing.
Some ancient cities are simply created by stacking huge blocks on top of each other. In other structures, there is again something very similar to the softening of the stone, since the megaliths are deformed.
I will not mention any individual structures, it is only worth saying that the age of all this ranges from 2 to 2.5-3 thousand years. That is, they created walls, cities, fortresses, with cyclopean masonry for a long time.
But the size of many blocks is truly enormous, and there are indeed a lot of them. In many ancient objects, huge megaliths are found in the amount of several; here you can see hundreds and thousands of not perfectly processed, but very large blocks.
It would be strange to say that this was done by a highly developed civilization, since the processing is the most primitive, they only gave shape. But it is difficult to answer how the blocks of this size were moved and placed in such an amount.

As strange as it may be for many, but at the sight of this, I get the impression of the work of giants. That is, great physical strength for lifting and installing blocks, but the technologies are quite primitive.
By the way, it should be noted that the masonry, for example, of the same Incas, differs significantly in technology even from this cyclopean masonry, not to mention the ideal polygonal masonry.

In general, as for the objects of Italy, in many places it is not even clear why they did something like walls. In ancient cities and fortresses, it is difficult to explain the way of moving and erecting these blocks.
Indeed, often the places of construction were also far from the quarry, and sometimes these were distances of tens or even hundreds of kilometers, which defies explanation at all.
But there is a lot of this in almost any country, and all this is difficult to explain by official history. I believe that the cyclopean masonry is the work of giants, but something like the city of Ollantaytambo, these are already possible traces of a highly developed civilization.
