Each of us has our own cockroaches in our heads, which we periodically poison, clearing our brains of debris. But for some, cockroaches turn into ghosts, which it is no longer possible to cope with on their own. Cockroaches help some to survive in our crazy world. And someone cannot come to terms with them in any way: they constantly interfere with him and put him in uncomfortable situations. What should you do with cockroaches so that they do not bother you and turn into ghosts?

Varieties of "cockroaches"

Let's immediately separate the flies from the cutlets. There are cockroaches that we can deal with on our own. And there are those that can be rooted out of the head only with the help of special psychotechnics or treatment.

Harmless cockroaches

This is something like our fears, delusions, beliefs, blockages, attitudes, which periodically arise in our head and partly guide our behavior, forcing us to perform certain actions. They depend on our upbringing, on the formulas and restrictions that parents put into our heads.

Promotional video:

It can be

• family "jewelry", which we then carry with us for the rest of our lives like a suitcase without a handle. And there is no strength to wear, and it's a pity to throw it away;

• sometimes cockroaches crawl into our heads after a bad experience in love and friendship, when we are faced with difficulties in a team, at work;

• they are glued to us along with the tags that were attached to us in kindergarten, school, institute, office, etc. And they are connected with the assessments of other people and our own assessments and which we set ourselves, comparing ourselves with others.

If the comparison is in our favor, we have a cockroach of complacency, pride, our own superiority, criticism, love of power.

If the comparison does not work for us, then we let in our heads inferiority complexes, self-doubt, fear of the audience, before speaking the truth, fear of having our own opinion and a host of other fears that designate us as a human victim and prevent us from revealing our potential.

All these cockroaches, of course, are a rather unpleasant thing and sometimes seriously spoil our lives.

BUT…

We can well cope with them if we fight with them, and not call them invariable traits of our character.

Like, I am like that, I always command, criticize, say what I think. If you want - accept, if you want - plug your ears. Is it okay that this so-called truth-womb is not needed by anyone and does not bring any benefit, but only harms everyone?

Not everyone can look at themselves through the eyes of other people and understand what prevents you from communicating with them. The cockroaches of love of truth and criticism, pride and narcissism are among the most difficult to hatch. Precisely because no one considers them cockroaches, that is, insects that should be disposed of.

Likewise, with other "cockroaches", which some people consider the raisins in the cupcake and unique indicators of individual charm. They are nice and cool until they start to move and gather in flocks.

When we do not know how to look at ourselves impartially and from the outside, we risk losing the battle with a whole horde of our own erroneous beliefs, which, without proper work, turn our head into a trash heap and eat up all our brains in it.

And the brain will become like “an unpicked garden, let the grasses free up, overgrown with weeds,” - William would say our Shakespeare in this case.

And therefore, there is only one way out - to keep your garden clean, weed weeds in it and fight pests, even if they seem to you to be completely harmless raisins, and not cockroaches at all.

• Dangerous cockroaches

They arise in the head of someone who is not going to fight harmless cockroaches, that is, bad habits and traits of their character, fears, erroneous beliefs, manifestations of selfishness and narcissism, etc. On the contrary, he cherishes them, multiplies and takes pride in such peculiar individual manifestations. And they are happy, and so strongly merge with the person that they turn into patterns of abnormal behavior and deform the human personality. If the patterns are not fought, they take over the person and turn into a disease.

• Ghosts

Ghosts don't come overnight. They progress over the years, acquiring more and more power over a person. Sometimes people do not suspect that by their laziness or their stubbornness, they create the preconditions for the development of ghosts - the germs of dementia and madness. At risk are those who have lived their lives without changing and without changing their habits, attitudes, character, beliefs. Excessive adherence to principles, perseverance and conservatism in this case only contribute to the development of cockroaches and their transformation into ghosts. Unlike flexibility, the ability to quickly change decisions, emotionality, a tendency to introspection and change.

Man is no longer able to catch and curb ghosts on his own. He needs the help of specialists. Many mental illnesses are considered incurable, and doctors can only help the patient get into a stable state of remission and maintain it. However, in any critical situation, manifestations of mental illness can overpower the patient again.

Can you fight ghosts yourself?

Interesting research of Dr. James Rogers, which in 1965 was called the "Massachusetts experiment" and for which the doctor was sentenced to an electric chair, was recently shared by the University of Massachusetts psychology and neuropathology. By the way, Dr. Roger did not wait for execution, he shortened his life by taking cyanide. But his experiment, which was criminal by the standards of that time, is today called almost a breakthrough in psychiatric science.

Massachusetts Experiment

What was it? James Rogers developed a method for curing hopeless patients who were possessed by ghosts. He knocked out a wedge with a wedge! Instead of reassuring the patient who saw disgusting insects around him and saying that there were no cockroaches (spiders, snakes, reptiles, etc.), he claimed that he also saw them. Moreover, everyone can see them! The whole world is teeming with nasty bugs! Sensitive people see them, while others are so used to it that they don't notice. State officials know about this and, so that ordinary citizens do not panic, they pretend that there are no beetles.

After such therapy, the patient began to look at his ghosts differently. He resigned himself to them and gradually ceased to notice them. The treatment was so effective that it helped to cure completely hopeless patients. For example, one of Dr. Rogers' patients suffered from cognitive-enphasic disorder, pretending to be a giraffe: he did not talk to anyone, ate only leaves, behaved like this animal.

Rogers went for the trick and asked a biologist he knew to write a pseudoscientific article about human giraffes, who are no different from ordinary people, but have a heart and spleen like giraffes. These special giraffes act and think like humans. They cannot be distinguished from the crowd. But they are! The scientific discovery is classified, so as not to cause public outcry and panic. And whoever reads this article should burn it immediately and not tell anyone about it. The patient believed in the scientific discovery and burned the article. And at the same time he calmed down and practically recovered from his paranoia.

During the trial of Dr. Rogers, whose experiments were called inhuman, his patient was already working as an auditor, then his father-in-law was completely socialized. Moreover, the former giraffe wrote a letter to the judge and asked to publish it. And this is what this person wrote:

“You are too used to the idea that everyone perceives the world the same way. But this is not the case. If you get together and try to retell each other the simplest and most obvious concepts for you, you will understand that you all live in completely different worlds. And only your comfort determines your mental calmness. In such a case, a person who believes that he is a giraffe and lives in the world with this knowledge is as normal as a person who believes that the grass is green and the sky is blue. Some of you believe in UFOs, some in God, some in your morning breakfast and a cup of coffee.

Living in harmony with your faith - you are completely healthy, but as soon as you start to defend your point of view - like faith in God, it will make you kill, faith in UFOs - to be afraid of abduction, faith in a cup of coffee in the morning will become the center of your universe and destroy your a life. The physicist will begin to give you arguments that the sky is not blue, and the biologist will prove that the grass is not green. In the end, you will be left alone with an empty, cold and completely unknown world to you, which our world most likely is. It doesn't matter what kind of ghosts you inhabit your world. As long as you believe in them, they exist, as long as you do not fight them, they are not dangerous."

Could a mentally ill person have written this?

On the other hand, he gave the recipe to all of us:

• as long as we believe in something, it exists

• as long as we do not fight ghosts, they are not dangerous.

I want to add one more item to this recipe.

• while we do not allow cockroaches to turn into ghosts, work on ourselves and get rid of them, they exist in us only at the level of bad habits, without penetrating our subconscious.
