At the end of 2013, there were reports that in the area of the village of Kostino, Kirov region, there may have been a case of teleportation of a person (local resident Ivan Kolesnikov) over a short distance.
On January 12, A. Shcheglov, a member of the Kirov-Kosmopoisk group, made a reconnaissance trip to the place with which this anomalous phenomenon may be associated. The researcher also clarified with a direct eyewitness, who reported the "spatial transfer", the circumstances of the incident.
According to the latter, events developed as follows. On September 3, 2013, Ivan went to pick mushrooms in the forest, located in the area of ash dumps of TPP-4, on the right side of the Kirov-Bakhta road. At about eight in the morning, he took a shuttle bus and rode it to the village of Kostino, and then went on foot in the direction of the forest.
However, having crossed the drainage ditch several times, he suddenly found himself to the left of the road, about a kilometer from the place where he had just passed.
The difference between the route along which he was going, from the planned one, Ivan Kolesnikov realized not immediately, but after a while - when he saw that he had gone not to the ash dump of the CHPP, but to the dump. He was surprised, as it turned out that he was walking on the left side of the road, but at the same time he clearly remembered that he did not cross it. It should be noted that the traffic on the highway at this time is quite busy, and bushes grow densely on its right side. Therefore, it is unlikely that the mushroom picker could unnoticed for himself move to the left side of the road.
Inspection of the area showed that the details of the landscape correspond to Ivan's story. The landscape to the right and to the left of the Kirov-Bakhta road is really similar, and the SAKH dump can be mistaken for an ash dump dam, which makes orientation difficult, since the terrain has no other remarkable features. In addition, on the morning of September 3, there was fog in the air, which somewhat reduced visibility.
It is important that Ivan Kolesnikov, in his own words, did not drink alcohol on the day when the strange incident described above happened to him. He gave the impression of a pleasant, mentally healthy person. Previously, there were no such cases with Ivan. He believes that in an inexplicable way he was transported to a distance of about a kilometer, admitting, however, that for some reason he could enter an altered state of consciousness and go to the other side of the road without noticing it.
Currently, the survey of the area where the anomaly has manifested itself is difficult because of the deep snow. The search for some features of the area that will help explain the case with Ivan Kolesnikov will continue in the spring or summer.
