There is a panic in the real estate market: ordinary investors, who for years have invested their hard-earned money in buying apartments, began to scatter together.

And to make it even a little cheaper, it takes a miracle or something supernatural. There are many apartments in the capital with a rich and sinister history. In the segment of elite real estate, for example, the famous "house on the embankment" has long occupied a special place. In the late 1930s, every third high-ranking tenant was taken away from here and never returned.

In itself, the presence of a ghost in the house is by no means a guarantee that the apartment will be sold quickly and expensively, but rather the opposite. And another New York mansion, on the contrary, turned out to be a hit of sales precisely because people saw ghosts there.
