Since ancient times, man believed in the magical properties of numbers and numbers. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this belief appeared long before the first writing, or even the first, albeit primitive, number system first appeared. The ability to count for ancient people was much more important than the ability to write or even speak! Without any orderly counting system, the person used their fingers or drew notes with a stick in the sand. His life directly depended on this, because otherwise he simply could not exist! It is not surprising that over such a huge number of past centuries, the concepts of the magic of counting, and then numbers and numbers, have been overgrown with so many different superstitions, legends and mystical mysteries!

However, are all superstitions associated with numbers: reality, or is it a chimera?

Note that all over the world there are many superstitions associated with numbers or numbers. So, for example, in Japan and China, the "cursed" is the number "4". But the Japanese are at least understandable, because in their language the name of the number "four" sounds very consonant with the word "death", and in China these beliefs migrated as a result of prolonged and repeated occupation by the warlike eastern neighbor. But why in India they really do not like the number "2", and in some countries of Latin America the "six" is completely incomprehensible.

But the most famous "key" or even "fateful" numbers, known almost all over the world, are, without a doubt, 13, 666 and 777.

The "number of the beast" - 666 - which brings on some the most real panic horror - is well known from the sacred books. This triple repetition of simple numbers is credited with truly diabolical abilities. However, according to common sense, one can come to the conclusion that people tend to exaggerate the demonic essence of the combination of three sixes unnecessarily. And indeed, if you think about it, then evil spirits surround us in the modern world at almost every step and almost every second! At the same time, without causing us, it would seem, absolutely no harm. For example, thousands of people have passports, driver's licenses and even life insurance certificates, the number of which contains the same "number of the beast." And how many more documents indicating the series and number, where this ill-fated combination can occur, pass through our hands in a lifetime. But there are also numbers of cars, apartments, telephones, travel tickets and other "digitized" objects and things. Do you know the serial numbers of all units and components of the computer on which you are now reading this text? Does it not contain an ominous repetition of the notorious "sixes"? Thus, it would not be an exaggeration to say that literally each of us, at least once in our life, directly came into contact with the devil's essence!that literally each of us at least once in our life directly came into contact with the devil's essence!that literally each of us at least once in our life directly came into contact with the devil's essence!

What does this mean? Only one thing: you should not be so anxious to approach a meeting with three repeating numbers "6", especially in modern conditions. It's another matter to deliberately use this combination. For example, in some rituals. There is a well-known belief that if three sixes are depicted on a mirror and certain manipulations are carried out in front of it, repeating certain spells, then demons can enter a person. Since various representatives of evil spirits use mirrors to move between our and the other worlds. We can only guess what happened when mirrors were not invented yet - was our world really Paradise? And yet, a wise person will not deliberately tease the Evil One.

No less widespread is the well-known superstition associated with the number 13. True, it is associated, for the most part, not with theological grounds, but with simple human fears, omens and delusions. For years, people live in 13 houses or apartments, ride the 13th bus route, and even quite successfully perform under No. 13 in sports teams. Nevertheless, flaunting your disregard for the magical abilities of the number "13" is also not worth it.

However, people are also characterized by the other extreme - the assignment of some numbers or some special positive qualities. According to the beliefs of the Chinese, the number 8 "helps" to get rich, in Europe the number 7 is considered "happy", and the number 777 is considered the most desirable combination of numbers almost all over the world. Many associate luck, wealth and security with it. It is not without reason that 777 is the most profitable combination in slot machines.

At the same time, there is no scientifically proven information or statistics that numbers or numbers really have magical properties, both negative and miraculous. Minibuses no. 13 get into accidents no more often than others, and flights numbered 777 experience technical problems no less often than others. Nevertheless, the belief in the magic of numbers at the "everyday level" still sits firmly in the minds of people.

This man's craving for knowledge of the secret essence of numbers led to the emergence of a whole alternative scientific direction called "numerology". So, what is numerology: science or quackery?

Representatives of this trend argue, in particular, that the date of birth of each person directly affects his fate. You just need to be able to correctly decipher a specific string of numbers. Date of birth, according to astronomerologists and adherents of this theory, not only affects the natural qualities and abilities laid down for a person at birth, but can also influence decision-making and even competently search for his soul mate!

Analyzing the biographies of famous and famous people, numerologists very convincingly explain the relationship of the number series associated with the date of birth of a person and the events that occurred in his life or on which he had a decisive influence. It is easier for people, experts who understand the intricacies of this science, offer specially developed algorithms for working on themselves, managing their future, well-being and family happiness.

However, traditional science, as in the case of various areas of astrology, subjects numerological research, if not ostracism, then very skeptical criticism. Indeed, from the point of view of ordinary human logic, it is difficult to assume that all people born on a certain date have almost absolutely identical plans, abilities, talents, and even destiny. And if, in the case of pure astrology, there are, nevertheless, additional input data that introduce variability of possible interpretations, then the purely "mathematical" approach of numerologists sets a rather narrow framework. Well, how, for example, to interpret the meager data of a person born on 1000-01-01, or, God forbid, on the first day of our era?

Nevertheless, despite all the seemingly "reinforced concrete" arguments, they are smashed against the rocks of man's tireless desire to search for riddles and secrets, and most importantly, to solve them! Over the centuries that mankind has been fascinated by the study of the mysterious world of numbers, an incredible set of hypotheses and theories have been created that, in the opinion of their creators, followers and adherents, are able to explain a certain common secret of the universe, reveal clear and understandable structural laws, or, at least, explain inexplicable.

By the way, thanks to the efforts of people - famous and not so famous - who were carried away by solving the magic of numbers, a lot of side or applied sciences arose, the fruits of which we still use today. And inventions that bring quite real practical benefits today. Alchemists and scientists, charlatans and researchers were looking not only for a way to seize world domination or, for example, develop an ideal system for cheating casinos, but also moved forward huge layers of science, which is now called quite traditional!

But what if we assume that the bits of information that are stored in a seemingly disordered set of numbers and numbers may actually contain a certain cipher, a complex, incomprehensible and at the same time a universal key to unraveling all the secrets? What if this knowledge is available only to the Chosen? After all, it is not for nothing that the genius Leonardo Da Vinci was so intensively engaged in mathematical research, Nostradamus attached such great importance to knowledge in numerology, and the Fibonacci series is still considered almost a universal cipher. Is this just a hypnotic mystery of numbers? Or something more? And the code of the Universe and the Cabal numbers - an illusion or secret knowledge? After all, the same Da Vinci, as you know, was far ahead of his time, which finds undeniable confirmation in his treatises and drawings! Moreover, in completely different areas and areas!

If we assume that such a digital code really exists, then everything is turned upside down! And immediately all the skepticism, about which so much has been said above, disappears. Perhaps the search for this code is not a figment of the inflamed imagination of madmen, but a clear and scrupulous research work based on scraps of knowledge, no, no, and leaking to the general public? Why did Napoleon, Lincoln, Hitler, Stalin, and many other statesmen, who certainly knew much more than mere mortals, were so desperately looking for this digital cipher? Without hesitation, while spending an incredible amount of funds, resources, time and effort.

And what if we go further and assume that the very seemingly frivolous, and sometimes ridiculous superstitions associated with the numbers 13 or 777 are just grains of information, scraps of sacramental knowledge that somehow became a common property, and not only chosen ones? And what if someone, be it a person or some secret organization, owns at least part of the code? Where is the guarantee that the remaining part will not be revealed sooner or later? Moreover, today, with such a rapid development and perfection of information, scientific and survey technologies. What if, those superstitions, at which we ourselves sometimes laugh, have a very real background?

Perhaps the mighty of this world, a limited circle of financial tycoons or politicians, a group of scientists or representatives of the same astronomerology have come close to solving the global mystery of the digital model of the world? Only not “digital” in our current understanding, but have you grasped the very essence of the relationship between numbers and destinies? Is this why digital technologies are more and more entangling us with their networks, forcing us, for example, to perform certain actions or, for now, simply - just buy goods we do not need?

Maybe the Da Vinci code has long dominated us, and numbers and numbers control not only our feelings, but also our mind and even fate? And we just don't notice it?
