The ufologist discovered a trunk of a petrified tree in a picture of the surface of Mars. According to his colleagues, this find is new evidence in the theory of habitability of the Red Planet.
The first to discover a strange object resembling a tree trunk was the virtual explorer Paranormal Crucible. He hastened to share his find with Internet users by posting the video on the video hosting YouTube.
Now the surface of the Red Planet looks monotonous and resembles a lifeless desert. The images that come to Earth from the Curiosity and Opportunity rovers show dusty dehydrated soil. However, optimistic researchers are sure that in ancient times Mars had not only water and atmosphere, but also forests that grew on its surface. Ufologists consider the discovery of an object resembling the trunk of a petrified tree to prove this assumption.
The ufologist who made the find notes that the object is about 3 feet (a little over 91 cm) high. In his opinion, the assumption that trees existed or exist on Mars is quite logical.
If the theory of ufologists is correct, it is not clear why only 1 petrified tree appeared in the frame.
