In fact, there are many reasons for the elements, only the main links of a long chain are indicated here. First of all, the cleaning took place, which had been brewing for a long time, but it was originally supposed to be done in a softer and measured mode. The new space (NP), among other things, cleans, but the hurricane happened as a result of multiple superimpositions and a sharp discharge of accumulated voltages in the general field.
As we remember, any power rests on magic and even tries to monopolize it lately. So this time it was not without their participation. There was a kind of attempt to launch the second scenario, i.e. make the global launch of the NP impossible or significantly delay the time frame. Kremlin (and not only) magicians tried to negotiate with the former owners in order to extend their time.
The fact is that the link between the governments and their curators has recently been severed, the top officials have been left unattended, so there is so much inadequacy and chaos in their behavior. Once again, they tried to open a portal, restore this very connection, although they had already been given to understand before that the old methods and rituals would no longer work. On the other hand, in response to a request to restore communication, there was an attempt to break through the channel - a tough intervention of famous civilizations associated with those in power in order to transmit instructions and forces. Both attempts have failed. This does not mean that the power will be replaced immediately tomorrow, because matter is inert, and materialists even more so, but it noticeably loses its nourishment and orientation.
For these reasons, on Monday, the Emergencies Ministry did not give warnings - they thought that they themselves would be able to cope, because they themselves initiated the energy processes, but did not calculate the forces and consequences. And judging by the new issued (but not realized) warnings, they tried again.
The space has been tense for a long time and needed to be released, cleaned, and balanced. This is confirmed by the acceleration of events, problems with electronics and an increase in planetary frequencies (Schumann resonance), which are directly related to NP. In addition to Moscow, hurricanes swept across the country and were in some parts of the world. Apparently, we are talking about a chain reaction. The planet is intelligent and will point to human blunders, especially in light of Trump's new decisions to withdraw from the Paris climate agreements.
Considering the current deployment of the NP, which began in January and entered an active phase in early May with the first peak on the 25-26th, this behavior of the governments was more than predictable. Therefore, in anticipation of the events described, information was disseminated among many working groups about the global work on cleaning and activating the NP, as well as actions aimed at balancing the common field.
This information was considered / received by the practitioners of many countries, thereby the option of a magic breakthrough and other actions of the authorities was extinguished. At least 12 groups worked around the globe (this is what the operator was shown, in fact I assume more). Basically, they practiced ancestral rituals, connecting to solar energy, the Creator and VY, conducting high-frequency energies to the earth, creating new and activating / cleaning / repairing old crystals, worked with a crystal lattice.

For many souls now activations and cleansing are underway, for others it is high time to work with planetary energies, crystals and new space, to remember themselves and their multidimensionality.
