An international team of scientists conducted a study to find out which animals are on the verge of extinction. All the details of the study are set out in the scientific journal BioScience.
In the modern world, the number of animal species is decreasing every year, all this is associated with human intervention in nature, which only aggravates the situation, climate change, etc. But, despite this, new species appear, which, in one way or another, differ from the previous species in their size, color, and so on. During the study, scientists studied and analyzed how quickly the number of individuals of any species of animals decreases. As a result, it turned out that the situation is especially bad in black rhinos, which, at their own pace and without human action, most likely will not survive until 2100, as well as Bengal tigers, wild donkey, western gorillas and bantenga.
