1. Blood Falls
This place lives up to its name. For many who see it for the first time, the waterfall can be scary. Red water flows from it, creating associations with blood. This strange place is located in the Taylor Glacier region on the Antarctic continent. Scientists discovered it over a hundred years ago. The first studies argued the origin of the terrible color of the water by the action of algae that grow under a thick layer of ice. There were also mystical explanations, but they were not confirmed. It turned out that the water is colored red by microorganisms that have lived in the lake for more than a million years.
2. Kyzyl Kum Desert
This region is located in Central Asia between two rivers - Amu Darya and Syr Darya. There are many areas in this place that researchers still cannot explore. In some parts of the mountains, you can find strange rock paintings. They depict UFO plates, people in spacesuits and so on. In this place, strange objects that resemble alien ships are often seen in the sky. After the fall of a space object there, which was destroyed in 1990 in Earth's orbit, scientists found spots of alien origin in this place. But the information about them was not disclosed. There is also an assumption that in the Kizilkum region there is a "window" to a parallel world.

3. Heizhu Valley
The valley, located in the southern part of China, is also called the black bamboo gorge. It is considered one of the most mystical objects on our planet. This anomalous zone is famous for its mysteriousness, as people often disappear here. In the valley area, scientists did not conduct research, did not look for "parallel" intersections, bursts of electromagnetic energy, and so on. This gave this place its reputation as a "cursed" or mystical object.
4. Devil's Tower
In fact, the Devil's Tower is a natural site. It is a rock consisting of a complex of stone pillars. She is located in the USA, in the state of Wyoming. The strangest thing is that it is 2.5 times higher than the Egyptian pyramids. Previously it was believed that the "tower" is a man-made object, but this is not true. People could not get on the rock and carve the aforementioned pillars. In general, they rarely climbed the peak because of the "bad" fame of this place. Local residents said that they saw some kind of "hellish" flame burning on the top. Once a parachutist got stuck on a rock, who spent a whole week there and was rescued by climbers, since planes and helicopters at the peak of the Devil's Tower could not land. He risked dying from hunger or from the attacks of rats, which "teems" the mountain.
5. Lake Roopkund
This is an alpine lake in the Himalayas. It is located at an altitude of over five thousand meters. This place has a terrible reputation, as hundreds of human skeletons are located on its shores. Researchers were able to get to Roopkund only in 1942 and study this area in detail. Before that, the messiahs only walked through these places, one of whose expeditions perished in the gorge many centuries ago. Researchers have found that of the 600 skeletons, most belong to men. Among the versions of their death were: mass suicide, an avalanche, illness and severe hail, from which the travelers could not hide in the gorge. In any case, this place has not yet been fully explored and is considered one of the most mystical on Earth.
6. Manchak swamps
Swamps are also one of the mysterious places on the planet. They are located in Louisiana in the United States. It is especially scary here at night, as cypresses covered with moss stick out from the water. Tourists sail here on boats accompanied by local guides. According to legend, a terrible werewolf lives in the marsh region, whose heartbreaking howl is sometimes heard by travelers. The area was also allegedly cursed by the voodoo queen, who was taken prisoner in the past, after which a hurricane covered the neighboring villages. As a result, they ended up under water, burying hundreds of people. Their corpses sometimes float to the surface, and restless souls wander over the swamps.
7. The island of abandoned dolls in Mexico
The atmosphere of this place is said to evoke panic and horror. However, fans of horror and adrenaline rush visit the island to see hundreds of dolls hanging from trees with disfigured faces, severed arms and legs, or with broken heads. This collection was put together by a man who settled here in the last century. According to the stories, he sailed to the island through the Xochimilco canals. A little girl once drowned in the waters of one of them. Barrer found this kid's toy and picked it up. Then he came up with the idea to collect "dead" dolls. During one of the floods, a strange inhabitant of this area was washed into the river.
8. Hashima Island
Hashima Island in Japan is also considered one of the mystical places in the world. People moved, and the island, which looked like a warship, became the so-called "ghost town" popular with travelers. Although it is not known for sure if ghosts live there, the atmosphere is right for filming horror films.
9. Aokigahara Forest (Suicide Forest)
A gloomy woodland lies near Mount Fuji in Japan. This place has become popular with those who decided to commit suicide. They say that spirits have lived in it since ancient times, and since the 50s of the last century bodies, shoes, personal belongings and instruments of murder of people who committed suicide have been found in the forest. It turns out that almost five hundred people died in this place. Local authorities are concerned about this situation. Now on the trees there are signs with helplines and requests to think about loved ones. Video surveillance is also conducted in the area, although it is always dark in the dense forest, the sun's light is not visible due to the thickets, and even compasses fail.
10. Easter Island
This island is located in Chile. On it stands a group of huge stones of unknown origin. They are used to make statues of giants, who seem to be looking into the sky, repenting of their sins. The strange thing is that no one knows where the masters who have established a complex of figures have gone. They seem to have disappeared. Another mystery was that it is not known how they moved stones weighing up to 90 tons, if they were not magicians or did not have enormous physical strength. The sculptures were later called Moai monuments. They could have been created by a very developed civilization that lived in this area millions of years ago, but disappeared without a trace.
