For a week, the number of requests on the Internet with the name of the small village of Maraksa in the Kolpashevo regional center of the Tomsk region almost approached the number of requests for the Olympic Pyeongchang. And all because in Marax, in the house of Alexander and Natalya Zhukov, a poltergeist allegedly rages for several days in a row. Correspondent "Siberia. Realiy "found out some details of this strange story.

- On February 11, at about 23.00, my mother called me and began to say that everything was falling apart at home. According to her, a small cabinet fell, large ones shook, books flew from the shelves, pillows moved from the sofa, - says the daughter of the Zhukovs, Ekaterina. - I asked mom, dad and brother Igor to urgently leave the house on the street. Thought it might be an earthquake. And I went to them from Kolpashevo. There was not even a thought about any mysticism. When we arrived, the police were already there. My second sister and I entered the house. And then everyone saw with their own eyes that the incomprehensible was happening wherever Igor entered. For example, he entered the hall, where a basket of eggs was on the table of his parents, and an egg immediately flew into his face, and books fell from the shelves. He entered the room, and pictures and photographs fell from the wall. In this case, nothing was broken. I went to the toiletwhere a wall cabinet hangs - and the door from it hit Igor in the forehead, and so on.

According to Catherine, two weeks before this incident, the light in the house began to go out - at first it blinked and then switched off. And it all started at a certain time - from seven to nine. The Zhukovs called specialists, but they did not find any problems in the wiring. The police officers who arrived at the scene, says Ekaterina, first admitted that they had taken the call to the “bad house” as another manifestation of someone’s “delirium tremens”.

- That evening we persuaded our parents to go to spend the night with us, but dad was afraid to leave the house, and in the end they stayed with my husband. Everything in the house was calm until morning. In the morning, my mother, Igor and I returned and immediately saw that the police were standing in front of the gate, - continues Ekaterina. - The police officers entered the room, made sure that everything was fine, and calmed down. And then Igor entered the apartment, and everything started again … Books fell down. He quickly dressed and grabbed his briefcase to run out into the street, a pan flew onto the veranda. I remember that dad then brought the pot with the words: "Here … I caught the pot."

Police report.

The hype in the press began with a report from a police officer of the Kolpashevsky district, Major Evgeny Artamonov, to the chief of the Russian MIA Administration for the Tomsk Region. Somehow a copy of it ended up in the VKontakte group “Zhest of Tomsk”.

The report says that on February 12, at 15:45, the police received a message from Natalia Vikentievna Zhukova that something strange was happening in her house: objects, including knives, were flying around the rooms. The police drove to the specified address.

Promotional video:

“The house was a mess: things, books were scattered, furniture and household appliances were knocked down, a knife was stuck in the wall in the kitchen. Residents said that within two days the inexplicable happens in the house: books, cutlery fly, cabinets fall. While the police officers were in the bedroom, a wardrobe fell (in the immediate vicinity of the police officer), after which books fell out of the hinged shelf, and a stick flew out of the room where no one was. There was no rational explanation for the described events. At present, the ministers of the church conducted a rite of illumination (as in the text. - SR) of the living quarters, and also stayed for the night, the report says.

True, it is still not possible to confirm the authenticity of this document. The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs refuses to comment on the events in Kolpashevo in detail, but confirms that the department is conducting an investigation into the statement of a resident of the Kolpashevo district of the region that a poltergeist has started up in her house.

“Employees of the internal affairs bodies received a message from a citizen living in the Kolpashevsky district of the Tomsk region. Currently, the police are checking in accordance with the current legislation,”the police said.

The representative of the Kolpashevo diocese, hieromonk Simeon, comments on what is happening as follows:

- We call it the "spirit of malice" or "fallen angel", whose forces are directed at destruction and aggression. Evil here is mystical forces, and people are only martyrs, says Hieromonk Simeon. - Therefore, everyone looks at the situation from their side. Someone, after learning about this case, began to think about how to be saved and not fall under the influence, and someone wanted to become famous and do something bad to their neighbor, accuse. We invited this family to church, talked to them, christened them. I was not in the house itself; a priest from Togur (a village next to Maraksa - SR) went there.

Ekaterina Zhukova says she does not know if the police wrote such a report to their superiors, but she refutes the rumors that it was the police who summoned the priests to their house:

- We called the priest. First my mother called, and then my sister. The priest came from Togur once, consecrated the apartment and left. The report also indicates that the message from my mother that something incomprehensible was happening in the house was received on February 12 at 15.45. In fact, my parents started calling me late in the evening on February 11, and I heard them calling the police at the same time. The police came on the 12th several times, but the first calls were the day before, the priests did not stay overnight in our house, - says Ekaterina.

Ghostbusters

The owners of an old house in the village of Maraksa - Natalya Vikentievna and Alexander Ivanovich - say that they are now in shock. But not from a poltergeist, but from the enormous attention from fellow villagers, journalists, law enforcement agencies and "ghost hunters". They come to Maraxa from everywhere. The Zhukovs are forced to keep the defenses of their home: they drive away onlookers who want to "take a picture of the little girl" from it. There is no rest day or night. Even before all these events, the Zhukovs blinded a snowman near the house, dressed him in a sweatshirt. Now, as residents of the village say, in the dark, "ghost hunters" take a snowman for a little one and scream with fear.

Ekaterina is now constantly in touch with her parents, who, she says, are very upset that after the publication of the police report in the media, they “wrote 90% of the lies” about their family.

- They said that we took Igor under guardianship recently. In fact, he has been with us since a year and a half. Moreover, the parents are practically professional guardians. They raised many adopted children. First they brought up nephews, then two adopted children, then three more. Igor was the youngest, but he was also taken so as not to be separated from his family. There was a rumor that Igor was sent to the Kolokolchik orphanage, and immediately some people came there and began to ask if it was possible to talk to him. Now parents are called into custody and told that in this way they can hide the fact that they are beating the adopted child! - says Ekaterina.

The guardianship authorities have not yet commented on what is happening. But on social networks, Ekaterina complains, the situation in their family is being discussed with might and main. And some "well-wishers", she says, call the guardianship authorities and ask what will happen to the adopted son of her parents.

The Zhukovs are pensioners: Alexander is 70 years old, and Natalya is 64. Alexander Zhukov used to be an employee of the River Fleet, and Natalya worked as a teacher. According to Ekaterina, they are now thinking of writing a statement to the police demanding to find out who and on what basis disclosed their personal data, and then, possibly, they will also file a complaint with the court.

“They also said that we were unbaptized. In fact, after this incident, we baptized only my mother (earlier she was just “submerged”) and Igor. And the parents are exposed as some kind of unsociable monsters. They say that they did not communicate with anyone before, and now they do not open the door. All this is not true! It's just that our family is intimate, calm, our parents are already aged. What kind of unsociability can we talk about? Now we are almost called the witch family on the Internet. And, they say, there is talk that the house should be burned down. Here's how to live peacefully after that ?! We hope that everything will be over as soon as possible and people will stop making speculations and sending each other photos and videos, allegedly taken in our house. In fact, all of these are fakes! We did not distribute anything, - Ekaterina Zhukova is indignant.

Rumors are snowballing

In the village of Maraksa, where there was no special entertainment before, the story of the poltergeist really became a sensation, and the arrival of film crews from Moscow was an unprecedented event! Resourceful locals are already asking curious people for money to show them the "bad house" or to film its owners.

“According to rumors, this poltergeist has already existed. The previous owners hid it and sold the apartment. At first it was bought by residents of Kemerovo, but because of the evil spirit they did not live there for long. And then an elderly couple who have an adopted child bought an apartment. They lived there for about 3-4 years. Moreover, the spirit did not show itself for a long time. But then the moment came when the poltergeist raged. Chaos began in the house. Priests were sent there, but they could not completely drive out the spirit. And this very couple has already moved out,”Yaroslav Kostikov, a resident of Maraksa, writes to VKontakte.

According to the Zhukovs, these rumors do not correspond to reality. The fact that this is not true was also confirmed by the previous owner of the house on Parkovaya:

- What nonsense! Normal house, - the former mistress of the house Svetlana Ivanovna is indignant. - My husband and I bought it 15 years ago, but we lived there for 4 years, then my husband died. The children helped me make repairs: they installed plastic windows, replaced the roof, and suspended ceilings. My house and I took second place in the landscaping competition twice in a row. You should have seen what my yard was there - lovely sight! They had to move, because such a huge vegetable garden could not be kept in order. We sold the house to a young couple. They came here from the Kemerovo region. Communicated with them after the sale. Nobody told anything mystical. And the guys did not live there for long, they wanted to be closer to the city. And then these owners have already bought.

Kolpashevsky district, located in the north of the Tomsk region, is a place with a special history. In the 1920s and 1930s, “enemies of Soviet power” were exiled here. Here, for example, the famous Russian poet Nikolai Klyuev served his exile, describing these places as follows: "The village of Kolpashevo is a hillock of clay, dotted with huts blackened from troubles and bad weather, full of exiles." The Kolpashevsky Yar is also notoriously famous - the burial place of victims of Stalin's repressions shot by the NKVD. These burials were accidentally discovered in late April - early May 1979, when the spring flood washed away the Ob bank. At the same time, the remains of the victims and signs of burials were urgently and secretly liquidated by order of the party organs and the KGB.

- They were really exiled to our area, and they were really shot here, but Maraks is a relatively young village, it was here that there were no such bloody events. And in general, our tragic past with the current anomalous phenomena certainly we do not associate in any way. To be honest, at first everyone in the village thought that someone was joking like that, but now we no longer know what to think,”says Anzhelika Pikhnovskaya, director of the Kolpashevo Museum of Local Lore.

In the meantime, the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Tomsk region continues to check the strange events in Marax. The elder sisters took the Zhukovs' son Igor for a while. Since then, nothing abnormal has happened in the parents' house, says Ekaterina Zhukova.
