On New Year's Eve 2018, the State Duma and the Federation Council adopted a law on the collection of biometric data. The President approved. However, between the 1st and 2nd readings, the law was radically changed. Now all Russian citizens will be assigned a number to which all information about a person from birth to death will flow! The data will be stored at the Central Bank, which is not subject to our government.
1. Your life will become completely transparent. By dialing a personal number, the official will know your every step, all the events of your life, even those that you would like to forget.
2. Life is being prepared for us without the right to make mistakes. So your childhood failures, illness, job change will characterize you until the end of your life, for example, for a potential employer, spouse, etc.
3. Full transparency will allow you to control all income and expenses, including unofficial ones.

Since it is impossible to protect the database, sooner or later data on millions of Russian citizens (from education to blood type) will be available to world structures, and data from the Central Bank will be immediately available. We do not need missiles, if a potential enemy knows everything about us, we can be destroyed through medicine, food, etc.
5. Under total control, a person turns from a citizen, personality into a controlled screw. An opinion that does not coincide with the opinion of officials will easily be punished by blocking a bank card, issuing state services, etc.
6. In the absence of paper media, an accident with a single base will be fatal for personal identification.
7. There are already applicants when officials made corrections to the existing electronic databases and a person could not prove the opposite.

In the course of a person's life, many parameters of his health and condition change, but the blood type is the indicator that remains unchanged. The law on the collection of biometric data violates Articles 2, 3, 15, 18, 21, 23, 24, 28, 29, 32, 33 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on freedom and individual rights. We are all equated with criminals, the dead and prisoners of concentration camps! Leading European countries have abandoned a single population base for security reasons.
