American Angel Giuffria calls herself the only actress in the world with a bionic prosthesis. The girl was born with a pathology of the left hand, she did not have a hand and most of the forearm, and her first prosthesis was made at the age of 4 months.
During her growing up, the American woman changed more than 30 "artificial hands", and these were mainly cosmetic prostheses, which are used only to mask the absence of a limb.
- I think there are people who like to be different from the rest. I've never had a hand - and I like that I'm not like everyone else. I love my bionic arm, I love being called a cyborg and I find it fun.
After school, Angel received the profession of a psychologist and took acting lessons. Her acting portfolio includes several cameo roles in films such as The Hunger Games: Mockingjay and The Auditor.
In 2015, she came to Russia, where she took part in the Geek Picnic festival.
