In the process of the development of earthly civilization (ZC), the idea of the habitability of other worlds was crystallized by the scientists of Ancient Greece, having been developed in modern times. The cosmization of the ZTs thinking was substantiated in the works of K. E. Tsiolkovsky and V. I. Vernadsky.
R. Tagore succinctly spoke about the aspiration of the earthlings' thinking to the stars: "The cosmos begins outside the threshold of our house, but it should not end there." This wish is akin to warning about the danger of thinking orthodoxy, the danger of pragmatism. Researchers of anomalous phenomena are distinguished by the ability to surprise the miraculous and the breadth of their horizons. After all, discoveries, as a rule, are made at the intersection of sciences. According to A. Einstein: “The most beautiful thing that we can experience is mystery. This is the basic feeling that stands at the cradle of art and science."
Indeed, both anomalous phenomena (AE) and the possibility of contact with extraterrestrial civilizations (EC) represent the most interesting mysterious problems of our time. Progressive scientists do not deny the reality of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and their connection with the VC. The materiality of UFOs is proven by traces of their impact on the ground, grass, stone, plants and trees, ice, that is, the underlying surface, on the lithosphere and biosphere during landing and overflights at extremely low altitudes, fixing UFOs on radar screens, including interference associated with UFO camouflage, photography, film and video filming of UFOs, and finally, the impact on people and terrestrial equipment, the remains of UFOs (or even, according to legendary information, whole objects) during their emergency landing.
The volume of the article does not allow to consider in detail even the main characteristic cases of observations of AE, therefore, a retrospective approach to information remains. It is possible that skeptics will also read this article, therefore I recommend maintaining a constructive-critical approach and recalling the wish of R. Tagore: "We close the door so that a delusion does not enter us, but how can the truth enter now?"
The author, starting this article, intended to consider the empirical knowledge inherent in the AN aspect, one way or another connected with the CC, with the history of the CC. We are driven by the search for truth, elusive and attractively mysterious. Indeed, we always have before us the basic questions: Who are we? Where are we from? Why do we? Where are we going? It is no coincidence that we are driven by the search for answers posed by the miraculous manifestations of the material world. Ancient Indian wisdom says about this: “Don't look for miracles, there are none. Look for knowledge - it is. And everything that people call miracles is only one or another degree of knowledge."
It is assumed that contact is possible between biologically and psychologically similar civilizations. Judging by the presence on Earth of humanoid creatures from 1.2 to 2 meters in height near UFOs, that is, during contacts of the third kind according to the classification of Professor J. A. Heinek, this hypothesis was confirmed.
Leaving aside a detailed consideration of the reasons for the interest of the CC to earthlings, it should be emphasized that the CC is distinguished by its aggressiveness and selfishness, which should inevitably alert the aliens. Although one should take into account the undoubted talent of earthlings, interest in new knowledge, literature and art. It is noteworthy that Academician of the Russian Academy of Cosmonautics. K. The validity of the expediency of the existence of beings and, consequently, civilizations from the field to the crystalline form of life is indicated by a hypothesis based on the postulate of variability of constants, substantiated by the scientist R. L. O. di Bartini and the hypothesis of the vortex structure of matter - from elementary particles to metagalaxies, when the angular velocity of particles of the microcosm and stellar systems of the macrocosm depend on the mass and size of matter.

Indeed, the uniqueness of the ZTs lies in the subordination of the leading industrialized countries to the needs of the military-industrial complex, which in science is embodied in the applied use of "dual technologies", when inventions, discoveries and developments of an initially peaceful orientation after modifications and modifications can be effectively used for military purposes … This was also expressed in the development of information weapons, implosive explosive devices, neutron weapons, the preparation of adits in rocky ground for directed nuclear explosions in order to create artificial earthquakes in seismically stressed zones, the development and use of the phytologically active poisonous substance Orange with side effects on people, meteorological and climate weapons and, finally,psychotronic weapons with the idea of creating psi-generators for combat conditions and manipulating the public consciousness of their own people.
It is possible that, with equal rights, the ZTs can represent a "field of a large experiment" on a planetary scale of some kind of VTS, which indirectly confirms the relatively young genotype of Homo sapiens (the Cro-Magnon, as a representative of the white race, is about 22 thousand years old), the presence of two more races, which do not fit into a reasonable explanation of the hypothesis of evolutionary development, an extremely young diverse written language, which indicates diametrically opposite paths of cultural development. The well-known written history of the ZTs does not cover the period earlier than the 4th millennium BC, and mythical legends are not older than the 7th millennium BC, that is, from the “creation of the world” and the wars of the mythical creatures of Ancient India, the devas and asuras.
As a rule, legends and historical written sources are intertwined in their mythology and uncertainty of the chronology of events. Mythical fabulous god-like creatures are present both in ancient legends and in chronicles, chronicles, legends, lives of saints, which complicates the analysis of information and reduces the evidence of representatives of the EC on Earth at different times: from the most ancient to modern times. moreover, a pair of UFOs was observed in the Moscow region from a Tu-134 and, according to the reconstruction, flew with plumes at a speed of 2 kilometers per second, that is, 7200 kilometers per hour, at an altitude of about 12000 meters;
all these UFOs on December 2, 1983 were observed at altitudes from 500 meters to 120 kilometers; phenomenal camouflage of UFOs, visually observed, but not fixed on radar screens and vice versa; shielding two UFOs from missiles launched to kill during local hostilities in Syria in the 1980s;
UFO camouflage under terrestrial aircraft (airships over Europe and England in 1913, multi-engine aircraft in Scandinavia in the late 1940s, deltoid aircraft over Belgium and over the Moscow region, observed at night in the 1990s).
Strange UFO disasters are no less mysterious. And what if these simulated accidents of unmanned extraterrestrial objects are one of the methods of demonstrating the authenticity of UFOs to skeptical earthlings? We know the "Roswell Incident" in the United States in the late 1940s, the explosion of a UFO after a splashdown near the Shelf-6 drilling rig in the Caspian Sea in the late 1980s, the shooting down of a UFO over the Kalahari Desert with an experimental laser cannon from a South African Air Force interceptor and a UFO crash landing near Nikolaev in the late 1980s. In all these cases, special commissions of the ministries of defense, special services and academies of sciences worked, as well as measures to ensure secrecy, for which disinformation and cover-up operations were carried out.
So who is next to us? Humane computer centers, educating us, bringing us to a higher level (according to J. Vallee) or being introduced into the minds of earthlings through implants, assimilated into our civilization "men in black", collaborating with the US government in secret area 51 to improve the quality of the latest weapons ? And if this is not just another propaganda move to justify the leading role of the United States on the planet, then we are faced with the dangerous phenomenon of choosing one of the superpowers to the detriment of the entire DC; although it is possible that the VC was misled by misinformation. However, the last assumption is very controversial and ambiguous.
The question is fundamentally important - does the ZTs have the right to exist? Neglect of the ecology of the environment, degradation of spirituality, substitution of universal values for pragmatism, the prevalence of state-oligarchic interests over the principles of humanity and respect for the individual, the people, as a bearer of culture, finally, the rise of the star of mass culture as the crown of the achievements of the ZTs and the smooth departure of the majority of the population from the chamber and classical music … - undoubtedly, disturbing symptoms. And this is just a superficial list of the "sins" and delusions of the ZTs, the brightest representatives of which are manipulators of public consciousness and corrupt political scientists who influence the fate of peoples and, as a result, the entire earthly civilization.
In theory, each intelligent civilization should perform the functions of harmonizing society, biosphere, noosphere, planet, and thus the near space, its star system; build relationships on the principles of good neighborliness, tolerance and be logically self-sufficient, economically independent.
It is possible that our ZTs has the right to exist only because of achievements in art and science. It should be emphasized that it was literary men, poets, artists and composers who made their invaluable contribution to improving the ZTs. It is noteworthy that Pythagoras, initiated into the esoteric knowledge of the priests of Ancient Egypt, also studied the harmonic vibrations of the "music of the spheres" of the planets. Surprisingly, with the use of modern electronic equipment in radio astronomy, it was possible to record sound oscillations modulated by planets (more precisely, electromagnetic oscillations associated with the interaction of the "solar wind" and the planetary magnetosphere).
At the end of the twentieth century, the ufologist M. S. Yeltsin published a hypothesis about the intrinsic cosmic frequency of planets (SCF), but in his understanding it is a method of movement in space; that is, with a kind of tuning the SCR of the spacecraft on the SCR of the planet, as the target of movement in space, the spacecraft is instantly transferred to the orbit of the desired planet. Moreover, UFOs allegedly move in space according to this principle. Despite the boldness of the assumption, this hypothesis is interesting.
We are more interested in the question: are we in the "field of experiment" or are we almost equal intellectual beings with the prospects of improvement and direct contact with the CC?
Without a doubt, the ZTs deserves attention. In the process of millennia of development of philosophy, mathematics, physics, mechanics, medicine, biology, geology, astronomy and art, masterpieces of human thought were created. It is possible to mention only a few promising studies, such as the Riemann-Minkowski space, Einstein's theory of relativity, the development of nuclear energy, the discovery and improvement of radio communications, television, the creation of radio telescopes and automatic interplanetary stations, spacecraft and orbital stations. And this progress would have been impossible without electronic computers and cybernetics.
Creativity is the basis of the life of the most developed earthlings, and regardless of the level of education. The internal culture of the peoples of the Earth is striking in intelligence and depth of penetration into nature, cosmic laws, an example of which is the Tripoli culture of the IV millennium BC, which laid the foundation for the Slavs and the Ukrainian people. It is not a paradox, but rather a pattern that at the same time the culture of the Ancient Kingdom of Egypt began to develop.
What impels the human mind to cognize the surrounding world? A. Einstein expressed a thought that confirms our guess: “The flight of human representation is more important for science than concrete knowledge, because knowledge is limited, and representation embraces everything in the world, stimulates progress and is the source of evolution … More precisely, representation is a real factor in scientific research . And according to the author's conviction, not only our civilization. Therefore, it is likely that EC is interested in generators of ideas, creative thinking earthlings. No less unique is the presence of a sense of humor; according to psychologists, a sense of humor is one of the hallmarks of intelligence.
What can we expect upon contact with the EC? One of the problems is the difference in thinking styles and psychotypes. In science fiction, a variety of hypothetical contacts were considered. Moreover, with arachnid creatures that studied the ZTs only on the basis of the principle of expediency; moreover, they assessed the option of destroying earthlings as a dead-end branch of intelligent life.
Yes, we have a civilization of a technogenic type, we do not always find a common language in communication and are not always inclined to compromise. However, the achievements of the ZTs are obvious! First of all, it is intuitive thinking and the gift of foresight. No less mysterious is extrasensory perception and other mysterious manifestations of the human psyche. We can also meet the situation described by astrophysicist F. Hoyle in the story "Black Cloud", when the space alien was so huge in size that it eclipsed the Sun, located between the Earth and the star, accumulating the energy of the star for further travel in space, which unconsciously caused cooling on the planet. And this almost led to the death of life on Earth. But the scientists of the ZTs were able to establish contact with this intelligent creature and save our civilization.
Of the legendary messages about the presence of extraterrestrial intelligence, the third message of the coalition detachment of observers and earthlings is given a chance to stabilize relations on the planet by stopping wars and violence, which will guarantee the entry of the ZC into the community of intelligent worlds. Moreover, we were warned about the presence of a computer center with incompatible types of thinking, up to parallel. Thus, civilizations of our type have a binary logic "YES-NO". More flexible, prone to compromise, like "YES-OR-NO", with whom contact is possible. Finally, civilizations of the third type with a parallel understanding of "YES" and "NO", for which only the principle of expediency is important, and not the truth of Good and Evil, compassion or the principles of humanity - respect for the opponent's opinion, striving for understanding, taking into account the interests of the opposite side, saving life rival, finally, nobility,as a manifestation of reasonable power, do not seem to be achievable. Of course, the saddest thing is that if the ZTs is destined to meet with a VC of the III type and a compromise, mutual understanding will be absolutely ruled out under the terms of causation, that is, objective reality.
Is it possible to improve the philosophical and logical system of thinking of mankind, as a guarantor of the correction of delusions? For example, the ternary logic, proposed by AI Uyemov, as a unity of the categories “thing-property-relation”, has already received applied application. This gives the right to keep hope that for the ZTs not everything is lost in the development of thinking and psychophysics of mankind. Indeed, without a doubt, in the process of the formation of our civilization, the philosophical systems of the Stoics, Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Taoism, Agni Yoga are of interest. The cosmization of the thinking of mankind, associated with V. I. Vernadsky, K. E. Tsiolkovsky, will still bear fruit. And the asceticism of the Roerichs in the field of protecting the culture and heritage of mankind will still be correctly interpreted and will become an incentive to improve humane relations.
The author admits that, in all likelihood, the introduction of new knowledge into the DC takes place from time to time, which in one way or another affects the fate of civilization. This can be regarded as a model experiment of the VC. The phenomenal discoveries of Leonardo da Vinci, far ahead of their time, the invaluable work on the variability of constants by Robert Luis Oros di Bartini, the fundamental Unified Field Theory developed by Albert Einstein in 1925-27, which allowed the Feladelph Experiment to be performed in October 1943, when the destroyer DE -173 "Eldridge", including the team, became not only invisible, but almost instantly transported from Feladelphia to Norfolk and back - represent only a part of the recorded knowledge of the mysterious origin.
In the last experiment, electromagnetic generators were used that convert energy into a gravitational component. In the author's opinion, the statement of astrophysicist, Professor Fred Hoyle from Great Britain in 1971 clarifies the situation: “The only reason I called this press conference is that no government in the world will release this information. They are afraid of people's panic and believe that if people become aware that everything is controlled by intelligent forces, they will cease to obey their governments."
It is possible that F. Hoyle had good reasons to release classified information. But the opposite point of view is no less legitimate, that is, there are well-founded fears that we are in captivity of large-scale disinformation. And therefore, the truth is hidden so carefully that we are not even able to imagine the goals and objectives of global deception of the general public. Whatever it was, but in any case, the problem of studying anomalous aerospace phenomena and potential contact with the VC requires deep consideration.
The author only touched the top of the underwater reef, because the truth is hidden under the water layers of half-truths. But a lie is better than a deliberate concealment of the truth. In any case, we remained on the verge of discovery. Let's not forget about the high probability of positive results of research carried out at the intersection of sciences. Reinforcement of theoretical developments with instrumental research methods, including laboratory experiments and modeling of processes inherent in UFOs, is a primary task at this stage. And without solid government funding, these studies are impossible.
