A few days ago, a regular on the social news resource "Reddit" under the name SlicedUpBeef made a post in the section of the site devoted to supernatural phenomena. The Canadian said that his cousin managed to capture the ghost of a girl who committed suicide in the mountains. Attached to the record was a mysterious photograph, which, presumably, depicts a guest from the other world.
A user who is fond of hiking decided to once again go somewhere with his friends. His cousin suggested Hamilton, where there is a picturesque mountain peak, Dundas, which is very popular with travelers. The Canadian and his comrades followed this recommendation. When they returned from the hike, SlicedUpBeef and his cousin decided to exchange photographs taken on Dundas.
Looking through the images sent by his cousin, the man suddenly noticed something very strange on one of them. On the edge of the trail, where the slope is too steep to stand on, a human figure is imprinted, looking like a thin tall girl with dark hair, in black pants and a white sweater. Many will immediately think that this is a real ghost, and SlicedUpBeef thought the same way.
The ghost is not afraid of heights
The Canadian writes: “This detail of the picture immediately caught my eye. It feels like a person is standing there unnaturally level and without any signs of fear. You may think that this is some kind of too daring traveler, but I assure you that it is not. This place is completely inaccessible to human feet. There simply no one could stand purely physically. When I pointed out my find to my cousin, she was also very surprised. It was she who then held the camera and took pictures of her friend. We think that she photographed that day the ghost of a girl who once committed suicide here."
There are indeed many suicides on Dundas. Someone jumps down here at least twice a year. For Canada, where suicides are very rare, this is a fairly high rate. Probably, the peak attracts the unfortunate because it is very high here, and a jump down always leads to inevitable death. Therefore, it is possible that the spirit who found itself on the edge of the abyss belongs to a girl who at one time laid hands on herself here. It remains to be seen why.
