One of the most famous US serial killers, Ted Bundy, lived with his mother in a small blue house in Tacoma, Washington. The Bundy family came here in 1955 when Ted was only nine years old. His mother left here in 1989, after her son was executed in Florida for the murder of more than thirty people.

Since then, the ill-fated house, in which the future terrible killer spent his childhood and youth, and then often came here after his bloody deeds, stood lifeless until September 2016, when it was acquired by someone David Traong, who did not even know what kind of he buys real estate. Actually, David did not need the house itself, he just wanted to earn extra money on this deal: to renovate the old building and sell it at a higher price.

Eerie things started in this house for contractor Casey Clopton. In October last year, he visited the dilapidated building for the first time with his daughter, who, at the age of 11, helped her father a lot, writing down comments after him, that is, what needs to be done and so on. And then she suddenly burst into tears and said that she was scared …

A week later, Clopton returned here with a construction crew. However, men began to complain that it was somehow uncomfortable to be in the house. And soon just terrible things began to happen, for example, in the morning it was discovered that someone opened all the doors of furniture, although the house was locked at night, once an old carved chest of drawers fell to the floor, as if someone had dropped it at night, although it was so massive that not a single worker could even move him.

Clopton himself found on the glass of the basement, flooded with water, the inscription "Help", and a little later all builders were shocked by the word that appeared on a dusty sheet of drywall - "Go away." At the same time, everyone who was in this damned house had their mobile phones discharged and switched off, but the main thing was that something constantly pressed on the psyche of people: they felt an incomprehensible anxiety, the presence of someone invisible behind their backs, they began to sleep badly at night …

Casey Clopton went to the neighbors, and only then found out who owned this terrible house. The builders were shocked by this discovery, and it turned out that neither the current owner of this damn property, David Traong, nor even the broker James Pitts, who sold it to him, knew that this was the house of a serial killer.

Considering that it was unprofitable for any of them to make a fuss about this purchase, the men decided to do otherwise. They invited priests, and they consecrated the ill-fated house. Moreover, the ministers of the church advised builders to write Bible texts on the walls, and then paint them over or wallpaper them. They did so, thanks to which the house of Ted Bundy, in which, apparently, the restless spirit of a serial killer is still located, was renovated and even successfully sold. Of course, no one told the buyers what the "surprise" was in this attractive property …
