German archaeologist Heinrich Kusch assures that Stone Age man created an extensive network of underground tunnels stretching from Scotland to Turkey
In his new book, Secrets Of The Underground Door To An Ancient World, Dr. Kasch assures that he has enough evidence from all over Europe over 12,000 years old to defend this theory.
In Bavaria, a 700-meter-long tunnel was found, and in Austria a similar one at 350 meters. According to Kasch, all these are the remains of grandiose underground structures that enveloped the whole of Europe and there were thousands of such tunnels with ramifications from Scotland to the Mediterranean Sea.
Moreover, most of them are not much larger than a wormhole, reaching a width of only 70 centimeters, where a modern man could hardly squeeze. Sections of tunnels lead to dead ends or wide chambers that could have been used as storage facilities.

Some experts consider these tunnels to be a forced protection of humans from many land-based predators. Others consider them to be a kind of highways for fast and safe travel.
The book also notes that most of the entrances to such tunnels are found under old churches. Perhaps Christian priests considered the tunnels a source of paganism and tried to cover them, as it were. Some old scriptures claim that such tunnels are the paths to the Underworld.
