In anomalistic studies, the study of poltergeist processes is a very difficult task, largely due to the fact that this phenomenon is closely related to the social environment in which it arises and develops. At the same time, a variety of aspects of the private life of the victims of a poltergeist can be affected, which, as a rule, prefer to leave in a narrow family circle and disclose very reluctantly. However, despite these features, the process of studying this rare phenomenon is complicated by the total unpreparedness of modern society to perceive the reality of such events. And it looks especially strange in the context of the Belarusian society, in which the most various prejudices and superstitions are still extremely strong. But the fact remains: the already frightened and confused victims of the poltergeist process,when faced with a reaction from society to their anomalous problem, they close in it even more and stop contacting. People find themselves left to the will of a spontaneously arisen process, being between two fires: a poltergeist raging in the house, on the one hand, and an aggressive and distrustful society, on the other.
In 2013, Ivatsevichi, a small district town in the Brest region, briefly "buzzed" with the amazing news: a poltergeist appeared here! Even a small note about this case followed on the website of the regional newspaper "Ivatsevitski vesnik". But, after a while, the wave of excitement subsided, and almost no one else was interested in how the amazing story ended.
We had to collect the chronicle of this Belarusian poltergeist literally bit by bit, with difficulty restoring the course of those old events. Unfortunately, after the first meeting with the members of "Ufokom" Tatiana (let's call her that) practically refused to further maintain contact, and, perhaps, did the right thing. We, in turn, were left without a valuable primary source of the very information that could help other people who find themselves face to face with a similar problem.
Below we propose to get acquainted with the history of the Ivatsevichi poltergeist, collected according to the data of several field trips throughout 2016.

So, it was in the winter of 2013. Shortly before that, Tatiana had just turned 40, and her daughter Victoria had just celebrated her fifteenth birthday. Tatyana was very fond of watching mystical TV shows and the TV3 channel, regularly followed how the psychics from the famous TV show were doing. At that moment, she could not even think that such a mysticism could happen in her own home. And in one of the apartments of this private house for 3 families, she lived with her daughter for about 10 years.
The mystical event marked her arrival at this house on a February night from Monday to Tuesday (from February 18 to February 19, 2013), and in a very innocent way: in the morning, daughter Victoria found that her shoes and insoles, which were being dried on a radiator, were scattered around the room. Considering that there were no cats or other pets in the house, Tatiana was wary, however, she was looking for a logical explanation: wet insoles dry out and from that twist like a spring, and therefore scatter around the room. However, when she woke up the next night, she saw in her room a boot lying near the TV at the level of the middle of her bed, which had previously been dried with all other shoes in another room. Then it became clear to Tatyana that something was unclean here. The first thing she thought about was the brownie and herself "reassured" with the thought that it seemedon one of their visits, the parents brought their brownie in a bag, and now the brownies are "fighting"!

On reflection, I decided to leave the bread and milk in the saucer for the brownies. And indeed, the next day, I discovered that the food had disappeared without a trace, and the saucer remained in place. Nevertheless, after that, Tatyana for some reason became worried and decided to sleep with her daughter.
Waking up on Friday morning, they saw in the hall (which served as a dining room at the same time, and it was there, by the way, that the shoes were dried) laid out on the floor and turned upside down, which had previously been peacefully standing in the sideboard. Some of the plates lay in the middle of the room, and some were piled at the threshold. Victoria, without much hesitation, stepped over the plates stacked at the threshold and first collected the dishes that lay in the center of the room. Later Tatyana connected this with crossing the symbolic border, a kind of "bridge" into the anomalous (indeed, as you can see, the main manifestations began in this room).
It was decided to eliminate the mess: Tatiana began to wash the dishes, and Victoria tidied up the hall. Later, for some reason, the girl went into the bedroom and immediately began to call for her mother: creams were smeared everywhere - on the curtains, on the carpet, in a word, everywhere! At the same time, the tubes from the cream looked outwardly intact and not squeezed out, but there was no cream in them!
Tatyana is very fond of clean white linen, this is her, so to speak, "fad", so the bed in her bedroom is always made with fresh white linen. But then she saw at the same time a cynical and incredible picture: right in front of her eyes, cream traces began to appear very quickly on the bed made with clean linen: many, many small traces of a small three-toed paw (as if you put 3 fingers together with a pinch). As if someone invisible stepped into the cream and is now stomping on the bed, although the bed did not bend under the weight of the invisible person. To better illustrate this, perhaps the most intriguing episode, here is a fragment of a conversation with an eyewitness:
“[So something was moving? It’s not that it passed there and there were traces, but these traces - did they appear right now?] Well, it turns out … they just appeared, appeared and that's it and … But once in the cream, it already remains … Well, this fat is considered … [The bed did not bend under this?] No, no … well, as nothing moved … well, as you watch TV - the picture appeared and that's it … You look, and it is there … there … it appeared there and all … this Well, an ordinary cream … Well, I saw it here and here … here … maybe an hour later the same cream was absorbed … such that something would remain there because it … yes, as you say, you think that it is something heavy … no … it appeared like that, appeared … well, because of the cream, it was absorbed by everything … ".
And then events began to develop rapidly and violently. On Saturday, something invisible began to beat Victoria. The girl screamed in pain, and a red spot from the blow appeared on her shoulder, which then quickly disappeared. On the same day, Victoria wanted to sit on a computer chair (on wheels, with a fabric seat base). But when she looked at him, she saw that the whole seat was studded with needles: the needles were stuck into the fabric base with the points up. When Tatiana pulled them out, she counted more than 20 needles, all of them were thrown away. A little later, when the mother and daughter were sitting on the couch, Victoria received such a strong blow to the shoulder that she could not restrain herself and began to cry. After that, it was decided to leave the house and go to Tatiana's parents. Fortunately, nothing abnormal happened at my parents' home.
Faced unexpectedly with such a misfortune, Tatyana decided to go to confession at the church and ask there what she should do with it now. To fight the demonic tricks, the father ordered the woman to write a list of all her sins from birth, which she could remember, and then burn this list in that very apartment. However, if writing down the sins was not an impossible task, then it was not so easy to carry out the second part of the task: when trying to set fire to paper in the house, the match went out more than 5 times. When Tatyana nevertheless managed to light a match and destroy the note, the ash immediately disappeared: Tatyana literally turned away for a second, and when she turned around again, she did not find the ash. During the search, it turned out that he inexplicably appeared in the bedside table on bread. Tatiana interprets this as the fact that "something" laughed at her in this way …
On Saturday and Sunday we already spent the night at Tatiana's parents, and on Monday morning we came to the house again. Tatiana secretly hoped that the aggressive "something" had already left their house, but two things testified otherwise: her sewing threads were laid out on Tatiana's bed, and a flower from the windowsill stood on her daughter's ottoman in the middle. Drawing analogies for herself, where they still put flowers like that (on the grave), Tatiana finally became convinced that her daughter was in danger, and she could not return to the house. And when on the same morning another anomalous episode occurred: in the bathroom right behind Victoria the automatic washing machine turned over with a crash, it was decided, without delay, to go to Zhirovichi (in this village is one of the largest centers of Orthodoxy in Belarus - Zhirovichi Monastery - author's note) to search for an experienced priest,who could consecrate a dangerous house.
But it turned out to be not so easy: they were refused in Zhirovichi, since Ivatsevichi belongs to another parish. On the recommendation of acquaintances, they tried to turn to another priest, but he too refused for the same reasons. Then it was decided to turn all the same to his father, and at about three o'clock in the afternoon the priest was brought to the apartment for the consecration ceremony. During the ceremony, Tatyana, her father and Victoria were present. But the beginning of it no longer augured a successful outcome: when the candles placed on the table were lit, they burned badly and smoked with black smoke. And already during the rite of consecration, the table with burning candles began to turn over by itself. Fortunately, Tatyana's father managed to catch him. Tatyana considered the incident with the table to be a kind of message from the invisible: “Well, I think so, that … most likely … it showed that,Well, why don't you scare me here … bless me - don't bless me ….
Immediately after the end of the ceremony of consecration of the house, even in the presence of the priest, who was about to leave, something again began to beat the girl who was screaming in pain. However, the father did not believe it: he was sure that the child was inventing everything and was just playing a play, so he strictly ordered her: "Show your hands!" But as soon as he saw the red marks on the child's shoulders appearing right before his eyes, his opinion changed dramatically, and he gave permission to bring another priest for the rite of consecration, saying that he himself could not help. After that, very hastily packed up and left, leaving people alone with their problem.
Tatyana realized that the anomalous problem would not be solved so easily, so she took a 2-week leave from work. Time passed extremely tensely: “… they took measures, a lot, but all this passed more and more … well, how … everything during the day … the more we write, we apply … well, we go somewhere, the more we will probably be glad to find.
Wherever Tatyana did not turn and wherever she did not seek help, she did not ignore the so-called psychics whom she was looking for on the Internet. “Some answered that they only needed an advance payment, others asked for photographs … but no one responded that they should come here …”. The “psychics” motivated their refusal to come to the house by the fact that in Belarus there is a ban on this activity and therefore “can be imprisoned”. In this unusual but surprisingly developed business structure, “everyone has their own agency,” and with the help of a secretary, you can choose who to contact. Remote consultation of a "psychic" is possible only on a prepayment basis, and Tatyana wisely chose to refuse this kind of service: "$ 1000 is not superfluous either."
The results of the poltergeist's pranks were photographed, it turned out that the "psychics" demanded confirmation that an extraordinary problem was taking place, and all the pictures were sent to them. However, to our request to provide these photographs, Tatyana replied that after all this nightmare was over, she got rid of any reminder, including those very photographs: “About a month later I had already deleted everything like a bad dream ".
In addition to the "psychics" found on the Internet, local residents also advised to seek help from a certain woman. This woman came three times to the same house, gave different advice. On one of the visits, she managed, according to Tatiana, “to catch something”, since there was some black mark on her palm, which she demonstrated. Moreover, the mysterious psychic woman each time remained in the house alone with Victoria, and Tatiana was not allowed inside. What happened there, apparently, remained unknown, since Tatiana could not report anything about it: "I only know that … because I saw through the window that the candles were burning and that was all …".
In many places, help was refused at all, the main argument was: "I'm not going to take on myself." It is difficult to list all the places where Tatyana turned for help. We will only mention the trip to Brest, to Khmelevo, where a certain old man did not even let people on the doorstep: “What do you want from me?”, As well as repeated visits to a village outside Minsk, the name of which could not be remembered [most likely Smilovichi - approx … auth.]. This village is interesting because the local church gathers large crowds of people to whom the local priest in turn applies a cross to the head and “heals you there”. To the repeated requests of a desperate family to come to their house, the answer was given each time: "Come, come, pray, come, come!" But when it finally came down to it (a car was ordered), the priest pretended that he was misunderstood: “I have people,What do you … what did I tell you that!"
We have provided this information in order to emphasize the situation in which people with similar problems find themselves. Tatiana herself summed up the results of her numerous trips to sacred places in the following words: “Everyone says the same thing - pray, pray, come to prayer, come to church … Well, it doesn't make me feel better if I start praying that … well, we prayed and ….
At the insistence of the already mentioned psychic woman, the owners left home for several days. However, soon I still had to return to the house for school clothes. At home, Victoria began to behave unusual, if not strange: all the time she tried to leave her mother in another room. However, she watched her and tried not to let go of her. Nevertheless, at some point (Tatiana herself still cannot understand how this happened), her daughter managed to slip away. Tatyana discovered this when she heard a desperate cry and hurried to help. Oil was spilled in the kitchen, and Victoria was lying on the floor. She had a fairly strong scratch on her leg in the thigh area, resembling a cut. This "cut", in her words, was caused by an invisible force.
Tatyana considers this day to be a kind of turning point in the whole series of events: from that moment on, something became stronger and "connected with the help of blood" with her daughter. Now Victoria was screaming every night, shaking her head from side to side, and most importantly, it was very difficult to wake her up, she even had to lift and drive, hit her on the cheeks. She did not remember dreams.
“… She just couldn't sleep … what was happening to her, I don't know, but it was difficult to wake her up if she fell asleep … so she was afraid to sleep … we did not sleep at all for a week … only small rushes … Yes … if she fell asleep, then instantly ….
Tatyana and Victoria were strongly advised not to take off their pectoral crosses, using them as protection. And then one day Victoria still lost her cross. She said that some woman took it off her. Tatiana was very frightened by this, and she put her daughter instead of the missing cross. And suddenly, before her eyes, the missing cross materialized, as if out of thin air right on her daughter's neck - now there were two crosses.
In search of deliverance for her daughter from this problem, Tatyana took her to her grandmother-whisper. Coming out of the car, Tatyana found that her pectoral cross was lying on the seat of the car, although before that it had been fastened around her neck. She took this as a warning and feared that the planned visit could aggravate the situation, but still took the risk. Upon returning home, Victoria immediately fell asleep, and Tatyana and her mother moved her from the sofa to the bed. They did not want to wake up, they watched Victoria sleep, but the dream was restless: she shook her head strongly. A bad feeling arose, and they tried to wake the girl up, but they did not succeed. Finally, after several attempts, it was still possible to stir it up with great difficulty. The daughter took an unexpectedly deep breath and burst into tears. Through her tears she said that she had seen from above how they stood next to her and looked at her, and she screamed,asked to wake her up, but no one heard her. Tatyana regarded this as an extremely dangerous moment: if the daughter had not been awakened, then she would most likely have died.
After that, Tatyana decided to take her daughter to Zhirovichi to live there for some time. We lived in a pilgrim house. On the first night of their stay at the monastery, Tatyana saw something flying past the window, something dark, however, it seemed, could not get inside. Everything calmed down in the monastery house, although there was one unusual incident. Tatiana went to fetch water, leaving her daughter alone in the room. When she returned, she saw how a candy flew out of the room, as if thrown by someone with force. When her mother entered the room, Victoria was sitting on the bed, as if in a trance, and drew something strange: “somehow she began to draw something … draw-draw and then this is how … how she woke up …”.
Tatyana could not describe the drawing in detail, she only remembers that it was not a man, but some kind of terrible monster, as shown in programs on TV, and his three-toed paws looked like chicken. Tatiana took the drawing and tore it up. She asked: "Victoria, why did you throw the candy?", To which the daughter replied: "I don't know."

Finally, the girl's sleep returned to normal. So a week passed in the pilgrim house, it was already about the beginning of March. All this time, Tatyana tried to get an audience with the chief priest. At first she was constantly refused, but finally, after many vain attempts, she still managed to talk to the chief priest, and he gave the go-ahead for the house to be consecrated, for which he singled out one of the priests - an old monk, who had to be led by the arms: “… In Zhirovichi they gave us an icon too. … Tryphon! 1 Saint Tryphon was… he also helps a lot. That is, this monk even came with this icon …”.
After returning from the monastery, they spent the night with Tatyana's parents, and on the very first night, Victoria's body was covered with crosses made of light (like a fingernail) scratches. This incident was the last in this series of events, and it seemed that everything had already passed.
It took a year and a half or a little less. At this time, the management of the enterprise where Tatyana worked, knowing about the situation, provided the family, who had suffered from the tricks of the poltergeist, a dormitory. And one day Victoria again began to wake up at night and cry. And, curiously, always at exactly 1:30. Before this awakening, dogs began to bark, which instilled fear in Tatyana. And the daughter at this time, in unconsciousness, spoke about some poems forgotten in an abandoned house, which need to be found and taken away. Tatyana did not want to let her daughter into the ill-fated house, but, on the other hand, she was afraid not to fulfill this requirement, so she decided to call the very mysterious woman who came to their house. The psychic woman forbade returning and taking anything from home. Then the mother again took her daughter to Zhirovichi for the weekend,after which the situation finally returned to normal.
Tatyana regarded the request to take the poems out of the house as a trap - if they came there, then everything could resume with renewed vigor: “… Well, then I say, maybe she wanted even then … maybe what little power she had to invite us there, to gain … yes again strength ….
Fortunately, the trap was avoided.
The girl never returned to that house. In September, the apartment was rented out to one woman. Although she knew about the events that took place there, she was not embarrassed by this: "I have enough problems without this." Indeed, during the period that she lived there, nothing special happened, except for the plafond in the bathroom, which for no apparent reason broke into small fragments over her head, and the periodic shutdown of a seemingly serviceable boiler, which caused call the repair team several times. Also, the former mistress attributed the following episode to residual, possibly paranormal phenomena: in the spring there was a heavy rain, and when Tatiana entered the house, she saw that the ceiling was leaking. It turned out that a sheet of slate had slid down, and it was above the hall where "something" was beating her daughter. The woman gave this a symbolic meaning:the evil spirits left through the roof (here it is appropriate to recall the custom of dismantling the roof when a witch dies - ed.).

And only two years later Tatiana sold this apartment. Such a delay in the sale is explained by the reluctance to "substitute" the buyers: "I myself am the victim and did not hide anything from anyone … to hide so that you would feel bad too … no …".
Trying to understand the reasons that triggered all these events, the family considered many versions. Earlier this apartment was owned by old people, but when the mistress's husband died, the daughter took her mother to live with her in Minsk, although the old woman really did not want to leave her house. A mysterious woman, who performed some rituals with Victoria in the house, reported that the girl "inflicted a great offense on the previous owner of the apartment, tearing up some very dear photo for her." But it was not possible to find out what kind of photo it was: Victoria insisted that she had not done anything of the kind and had not found any photographs.
Another version was voiced by the daughter of the former mistress: she dreamed that the repairs in this house were not completed. Perhaps the repair was the very trigger.
The renovated version is also very close to Tatiana. Although the house was bought a long time ago, she was unable to complete the renovation due to the fact that for some reason there was no desire (she also attaches special importance to this). But, despite the fact that the renovation progressed very slowly, the windows were still replaced. And, according to local residents, it was with this that she launched further events. Also, Tatyana did not get rid of the ottoman of the former mistress - Victoria slept on it.
In addition, there were versions of "spoiling":
“When we started to address, we also said: look for something stuck into the wall … between the walls in these eyes … somewhere you have to find something, if you find it, then you can be saved. And where will you find it in the house, it’s simply unrealistic … maybe it’s not necessary for a person to enter the house … it affects somewhere outside … Well, we also considered this option and what we could have looked and looked through and searched …, I swept, swept and washed, and everything, everything, everything, everything that is on the floor, everything that I collected, and took it to the cemetery. Well, as if someone threw … sand from these here … well, these options, too, how many I have not tried … it has not passed yet ….
In the context of the version of "targeting damage", Tatyana also recalled strange events that occurred shortly before the beginning of the described events. On January 7, the Kolyada passed, and in the morning the woman discovered that the whole threshold was sprinkled with oats, although she remembers for sure that the carollers did not sprinkle any oats. I decided to check if the neighbors had this oats, it turned out that the neighbors really did not have any oats on the doorstep. The first in the morning to cross the threshold was daughter Victoria, leaving for school, and probably stepped over this oats. After 40 days after that, unexplained phenomena began to occur. By the way, for Tatyana the number "40" in this context acquires a mystical meaning: as we have already mentioned, she just turned 40 shortly. However, there is still no firm certainty about the involvement of that very spilled grain,after all, “… the freaks … if you thank them well, they pour it for happiness, for good luck, for wealth … Well, for some reason … I think it's a house. Because the house … the house … and the house … ".
It is also worth mentioning a small experiment conducted during the period of poltergeist activity: Tatiana caught a neighbor's cat and decided to try to launch it into the house, but as soon as she brought it to the apartment, the cat began to scratch and break free.
An interesting feature of this case is that a neighbor from the house opposite was telling the mistress of the ill-fated apartment that she saw lights in her windows in the evenings and thought it was a TV. Later, after a priest sent from Zhirovichi consecrated the house, the lights in the windows disappeared. Tatiana herself cannot describe these lights, because at that moment she no longer slept in the house and did not personally observe anything.
So, with this information, we undertook further investigation of this case. We managed to find the very house in which the events described above took place. The new owners of the ill-fated apartment did not show much desire to communicate with us and were extremely laconic, however, they said that everything was in order. Judging by the reaction of people, the mention of these events does not cause them positive emotions.
According to one of the neighbors, many consider Tatyana a “swindler”, since after her move nothing unusual happened in the house, either for the tenants or for the people who bought the house after. The motivation is simple - "she wanted to sell the house as soon as possible." In general, I would like to note that with the exception of this only refutation of the reality of the Ivatsevichi poltergeist, all the other neighbors do not doubt that the described incident really took place, although they emphasize that they saw almost nothing with their own eyes.
We also managed to communicate with the very neighbor who saw the "poltergeist" glow in Tatiana's windows. The woman confirmed that in the evenings she saw "a constant monochromatic light", which intrigued her extremely. At first she decided that the neighbor had put some unusual glass, with an ebb or tint, and then suggested that Tatyana was leaving some electrical appliance on, so when she met her in the city, she asked: “Tanya, have you turned on something? ". She says, "No!"
We decided to clarify whether it could be a TV, however, the woman stated with confidence that it was not. Firstly, "the TV … it blinks, and it is equally pearlescent … it is as blue as such neon color", and secondly, the windows in which the bluish glow was observed belonged to two different rooms: Victoria's hall and bedroom. There really was a TV in the hall, it “hung on the wall and reflected through the window,” and therefore the woman knew very well how the TV looked like from the neighbors across the street. Thirdly, at that time there was no TV in the house, Tatyana took it.
Then we assumed that, perhaps, some artificial light source, for example, a street lamp, was illuminated in the windows, to which we received a reasonable answer: "And the lamp … But now, why isn't it glowing ?!" And before there were no lanterns.
The mysterious light in the neighboring windows disappeared after the arrival of the second priest, the monk, who consecrated the house: "And then the next day I say, look … there is no longer in the windows … nothing shines … here …". By the way, a little funny episode with the first priest who came to the house surfaced: “he rode and laughed, what did you come up with … that this could not be … but when he could not light a candle, and the Bible did not open … attach … He left, and he blessed the windows from the street, and he left …”.
Let's make a reservation right away that Tatyana did not confirm the fact that “someone” was interfering with opening the Bible. Perhaps, after three years, one of the first attempts to “squeeze” an unusual case of “devilry” into the popular stereotypes of the relationship of “evil spirits” with religion can be traced here. It is not excluded that another new detail owes its appearance to the same process: “the icons were turning … something thundered, then knocked, but the icons were turned over”. It should be emphasized that the female informant did not see all this with her own eyes, while the information that “they came by car, the girl [into the house] did not enter. She would run up, and her as if back, and she went … She was even afraid to go. She didn’t come in. They came in …”, confirmed by Tatyana's story. Victoria, out of fear of aggression, was really not allowed into the house by the invisibleshe always waited on the street. And this is not surprising, since the neighbor saw with her own eyes how the girl was waiting on the street. In this light, it may be of interest to return to the site a few years later to understand how a real incident can change in the popular mind. However, the tendency of this transformation is already "evident": the poltergeist is trying in every possible way to ascribe the rejection of "holy" objects and everything connected with the Christian cult, the so-called sacrophobia, which, however, does not follow from Tatyana's testimony. We also tried to clarify the details of the episode with the falling of the washing machine, but this episode turned out to be hypertrophied: the washing machine did not just overturn, but, in the opinion of the neighbor, it was generally “pulled” from the bathroom into the corridor: “It was pulled … It was even pulled out of that room…” …
In the conversation, we returned to the question of the possible reasons for what was happening. Here again the repair "surfaced" and the same windows that were replaced by plastic ones. It was the windows, the neighbor thinks, that served as a trigger: “And it started with her, as she put the windows. She said so. When she put new windows … it was somewhere before the New Year she put them … they even took out old windows somewhere … ". And the origin of this version of the windows was also found out. It was voiced by a certain "fortune teller" after she laid out the cards.
Very interesting information, which, in our opinion, sheds light on what happened, we managed to get from other neighbors. So, we learned that Tatiana tried to bring the invisible "attacker" to justice with the help of the police, but the police "laughed at her like a madman." And among the "exotic" instances was the famous TV show "The Battle of Psychics". But when the response to the letter came from the program, it turned out that the psychics were not very interested in the "bastards", but much more completely "earthly" questions: "you need to pay for tickets there and back, a hotel … just whatever they want … Transport … they walk will not go. There were also chronological discrepancies with what Tatiana said, in particular, the beginning of events was confidently dated November 2012. Also, the chronology of events within the week was also somewhat “lame”: “I know that Thursday was the third night, which means it turns out from Tuesday, from Monday to Tuesday, from Tuesday to Wednesday, from Wednesday to Thursday … on Friday they did not spend the night here ….
The ugliness that the poltergeist did in Tatiana's house was also “overgrown” with new details: “Here are socks, this is how she says [we are talking about the incident with the discovery of the boot - approx. ed.] … on the TV this is how they stand toe to toe … insoles [the first "abnormal" episode - approx. auth.] were in the bathroom."
If these moments can be explained by the distortion of the primary information obtained from Tatyana's words, then it is unclear how to interpret what the woman, as she claims, saw with her own eyes on “that very” Thursday. Namely: "potato lushpenne" scattered around the kitchen, an overturned pot of soup, "battered plates" scattered in the toilet and bathroom, "these washcloths, shampoos, soap, toilet paper and a bucket there she had trash …" In addition to these tricks, an invisible prankster “in this bedroom where Vika slept” tore the tulle, which “was torn… and hung,” and then passed along with the apartment to the new owners. It seems that Tatiana herself no longer remembers all the details of what happened in her own house, only "key" moments are captured in her memory.
The dynamics of the development of poltergeist events in the eyes of the neighbors also looked different: "[began] the first night with rustles … as if something was walking at home, then she began to hear how it was moving … On the second night she began … Vika was screaming her." We clarified whether the neighbors heard these screams, it turned out - they did. And it is not surprising: a neighbor said that on the second night Victoria “something” began to choke: “Vika is screaming, as if someone is choking her … and look at the bruises …”. Well, really, bruises … ". The woman saw these bruises with her own eyes, they were localized on the neck and chest and looked as if someone had hit with a finger. Tatiana then told her neighbor that that night her daughter saw her abuser, although she herself did not observe him: “I’m nothing, but Vika … here is a man … there is a man here … shouting:“Uncle, some kind of uncle!”. By the way, it was on this second night, according to a neighbor,and the tulle was torn.
The reaction of the people of the small district town to these events, which the neighbors told about, also seemed extremely interesting to us: a variety of people began to come to Tatiana's house and look into the windows. Among them were children, teenagers and even men. Here we learned an important fact about the mysterious blue glow. As it turned out, this glow was also observed by the grandson of the neighbors we interviewed, who, in the company of his friends, also looked into those very windows. Moreover, the fact that someone else was observing a similar glow was unknown to these neighbors. It cannot be ruled out that there are not so few witnesses to this mysterious blue glow.
In our opinion, the data from neighbors' stories shed some light on the reasons for the appearance of a mysterious phenomenon, due to which the family had to change their place of residence. First of all, the same windows, whose involvement Tatyana herself suspected, was again mentioned. At first it was not clear to us what role plastic windows could play in the origin of the poltergeist process, but then they explained to us the reasons for this seemingly strange relationship: Tatiana's immediate neighbor turned out to be the key figure here. When Tatiana changed the windows to plastic ones, this neighbor "swore terribly!" The conflict itself was described to us as follows: "… At lunchtime they changed the windows there, and I say …" Oh, you little baby! " - as she is on [her] in every way … "What are you!". Tanya came to dinner and began to swear directly with her: "Feliksovna, what are you doing with your money?" Well,sit in a room in your apartment and sit. What are you, what are you … What envy! Envy!".
So, envy … It turned out that Tatyana's neighbors at that time were an elderly woman and her son. The family is scandalous, notorious and reputed to be a drinker. But what is especially remarkable is that this elderly woman was repeatedly noticed for trying to use "black" witchcraft practices, including in relation to other neighbors, and her mother was also considered a witch. According to others, the mother passed on the ability to conjure to her daughter. From the description of one of the attempts to impose damage on the neighbor's garden, which was timely noticed and suppressed, we concluded that typical village magic was practiced.
By the way, it should be noted that in the modern Belarusian society, the combination of asociality due to alcohol abuse and black magic is no longer something unusual, at least we have already been informed about this before. In achieving their goals, which, as a rule, consist in revenge on their closest neighbors (on "land" or other issues), these persons easily overstep moral norms, using all the means at their disposal, including "black" magic, or the so-called "spoilage". As it turned out, this elderly woman became Tatiana's trust and often visited her apartment, despite the warnings of her neighbors to keep her distance.
