Vampires, contrary to popular belief, do not necessarily drink blood. Most often, this evil spirits are interested in human energy.
“There have long been legends that a snake flies to some women and seduces them,” says Irina Aleksandrovna. - It happens to widows. For example, a spouse dies, and then after death comes home to his wife. Most often, a woman believes that this is the spirit of the deceased spouse, but it may well turn out that this is a devil.
And his first task is to draw off vital energy from the unfortunate woman, up to complete exhaustion.
It has been known since ancient times that a vampire cannot enter a person's dwelling if he himself did not call him, so the main thing is not to let the vampire into the house, not to invite him to enter through a door or window.

Four-legged chupacabra

Faced with evil spirits, the main thing, the author of the "Encyclopedia" believes, is not to panic.
- Such entities are much less dangerous than robbers, - Irina Shlionskaya is sure. - They often come to report something. You need to ask the entity what it wants, or say: "Get lost!" However, some rules should be followed. So, if a child sees a "bedside" monster, plays with some non-existent friends, or sees an old man in a dark corner, it is better to sprinkle this place with holy water or light a church candle.
