Few people know about the thoughts that pass through consciousness. Thinking is like a habit, it is automatic. If the thoughts are positive, then everything is fine, but if they are negative, they can cause trouble.

The mind is like a small child who recognizes and takes for granted everything that he sees and hears, without judgment, without considering the consequences. If you allow your mind to accept thoughts uncontrollably, you will lose your freedom.

We are constantly drowned in a stream of thoughts, ideas and information coming through our senses, other people, newspapers or television. These thoughts, ideas and information penetrate our subconscious, whether we are aware of it or not. This in turn affects our behavior, reactions, our preferences, likes and dislikes. This means that we allow it to affect our lives. So where is freedom?

Most people think and believe that their thoughts come from them, but stop and consider the question of your thoughts, desires, likes and dislikes, is it really yours? Maybe they came from outside, and we unconsciously accept them as our own?

If there is no filter for processing thoughts entering the mind, there is no freedom. Then all actions are similar to the actions of puppets, although no one will admit it.

Can someone object to you and say that the thoughts that pass through your mind belong to you? Have you consciously and carefully created every thought that enters your mind?

Why do you allow outside influences to control your thoughts and life? Why do other people's thoughts control your life and mind? Do you want your mind to be free or do you prefer being enslaved by other people's opinions and thoughts? If you leave your mind open to any thoughts passing by, then you will give your life into the wrong hands, and without realizing this, you accept your thoughts and actions in accordance with external influences. Any person is more susceptible to certain types of thoughts. Some thoughts and ideas, we will ignore, others push us to immediate action. Thoughts about a subject we love have more power over us than other thoughts, even those thoughts and ideas we don't care about, and if we were exposed to them often, they would eventually influence our minds.

Everyone has desires, dreams and ambitions that he or she can contribute from childhood. They can be thoughts from parents, teachers, and friends that have influenced our minds throughout our lives. Are they necessary? Do you need this excessive baggage?

In order to reduce the power of external influences on your life, you should be aware of the thoughts and desires entering your mind, and ask yourself if you are really ready to accept them into your life. Analyze your motives and actions and you will be surprised to learn that many of them were caused by external influences.

You don't have to accept every thought, idea or information. Consider whether you are accepting certain thoughts because you decided to do so, or because they just got into your head as a result of external influences.

Find and follow thoughts that benefit you. This may not seem like the easiest thing to do in the beginning, as attention will rebel against this control. But, if you want to be the master of your thoughts and life, you must not let other people, desires and motives rule your life.
