In 1997, a station for the study of ionospheric phenomena was launched in the USA. This project, better known as HAARP, immediately raised many questions from scientists, according to which "ionospheric phenomena" are just a cover for the climate weapons program. Our Version has written about the HAARP program more than once. In 2013, the American authorities announced the closure of the project. However, several months ago it became known that it was decided to revive the station again.

On the eve of summer, when it is already frequent rains with hail, tornadoes, hurricanes, typhoons and even tornadoes, the news of the redeployment of HAARP in Alaska is perceived especially worrisome. Yes, and tornadoes are frequenting us! Over the past two years, dozens of vortex-like pillars have been observed over Russia, and in various parts of our country. In September 2017, residents of Tolyatti witnessed the birth of a tornado, where a black funnel circled the suburbs for more than half an hour. Prior to this, the tornado visited the village of Grishkovka in the Altai Territory and Surgut. Whether you like it or not, you wonder: what happens to the weather?

Can melt planes

It is believed that the genius American scientist of Serbian origin Nikola Tesla stood at the origins of HAARP. It was he who, in 1905, invented a method of transmitting electricity over any distance. In addition, Tesla was actively interested in the possibility of using electricity to influence the weather and cause lightning. Tesla's research and discoveries were hidden for many years. Here is what the New York Times wrote about it at one time: "Nikola Tesla, one of the great inventors, said that he was ready to bring to the attention of the government the secret of influence at a distance, with which it is possible to melt planes at a distance of up to 400 kilometers …"

After Tesla's death, development was continued by his student Bernard Eastlund. Based on Eastlund's research, the HAARP system was created. As a result, a station was built in Alaska in 1995 - 180 antennas 25 meters high were erected on an area of 14 hectares. With their help, a section of the ionosphere is heated by a concentrated beam of waves.

“A huge number of electronic pulses can change the location of the planet’s magnetic poles, which can lead to a global catastrophe,” said nuclear physicist, Doctor of Technical Sciences Lev Maksimov. - The essence of the technology is as follows: above the ozone layer is the ionosphere, a gas layer enriched with electric particles - ions. Numerous HAARP antennas are capable of delivering incredible power in a narrow beam of waves. By concentrating radio waves, the installation can create optical phenomena in the atmosphere, called spectra or lenses. These lenses can be used to reflect low frequency waves and generate energy beams that can be focused at a given point. All this can cause tsunamis, mudflows, underwater volcanic eruptions, provoke earthquakes, landslides, avalanches, shifts of the earth's crust.

In addition, HAARP can block radio communications, disable onboard electronic equipment of rockets, space satellites, and create emergency situations on oil pipelines. This was at one time confirmed by the developer of the project, Bernard Eastlund.

But what can Russia oppose to such a formidable weather weapon? In Russia, it turns out, there is an analogue of HAARP - the so-called "Sura" facility, located near the city of Vasilsursk, Nizhny Novgorod Region. It is located at the test site of the Radiophysical Research Institute. Once it was a large research center, but today the station operates only 100 hours a year - the radiophysical institute does not have enough money. Funding for HAARP is more than $ 350 million per year. Trivial sums are allocated for the upkeep of Sura.

A much more powerful project operated in the USSR - it was called "Russian Woodpecker" in the West.

“Yes, it was a weather control system that emitted low-frequency waves that could cause disturbances in the atmosphere and change the direction of jet air currents,” says Vladimir Drozdov, Doctor of Geography. - By the way, the Americans associated the long drought in California in 1985-1991 with the work of the Russian Woodpecker. As if our installation blocked the flow of moist air.

The object was located near the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The station antennas were 150 meters high and 800 meters long. The installation tracked changes in the state of the ionosphere that occur when the rocket engines are turned on. The object received its name due to the fact that the pulses were transmitted at intervals of one tenth of a second, as a result of which a pulsating knock sounded in the radio receivers. It was like a woodpecker pounding. After the accident at Chernobyl, the units of the Russian Woodpecker system were dismantled.

Is HAARP also a psychotronic weapon?

It should be noted that a similar station, but only 3 times more powerful, also appeared on the territory of Norway. And not so long ago, a third station was built - in Greenland. As a result, today the entire Northern Hemisphere falls into a huge "network".

Bernard Eastlund, only after retiring, began to answer direct questions from journalists. He was asked what is HAARP?

“The antenna facility in Alaska is a huge beam weapon capable of destroying not only all communications networks, but also missiles, aircraft, satellites,” Eastlund replied. “It can cause climatic disasters around the world, as well as deadly cosmic radiation, from which there is no protection.

The same opinion is shared by Doctor of Technical Sciences Yuri Perunov, known for his work in the field of studying the interaction of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation with the near-Earth environment:

- Work under the HAARP program will give the Americans a real opportunity to get their hands on not only climatic, but also psychotronic weapons. One morning people will wake up and will not even be able to understand that their thoughts, desires, political views are determined by the operator of the HAARP installation. I have reason to believe: it was precisely the proximity to the creation of psychotronic weapons that became one of the reasons why the results of research on HAARP were classified.

Recall that the HAARP project seemed to be scrapped in June 2013. In early April 2018, six diesel generators and a HAARP gas-fired power plant were back online.

BTW

According to Russian meteorologists, the atmosphere as a whole is becoming more and more unstable: in 2016 alone, 988 anomalous hydrometeorological events were registered in Russia, and almost a third of them (380) caused significant damage to the economy. Today Roshydromet has 9430 observation subdivisions on the territory of the Russian Federation. Vladimir Semyonov, head of the climatology laboratory at the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences, believes that a tornado in Moscow and the region should be expected in July-August. This will be due to overheating of the atmosphere and high humidity.
