A dream is a period of complete freedom of the subconscious. In other words, what we dream about are specific signals from the unconscious. Often dreams clarify the current situation, show possible solutions to problems. Finally, everyone, at least once in their life, had a prophetic dream.

As you know, during sleep, human intelligence continues to function, physiological and emotional processes do not stop in the body. Of course, in a dream, consciousness continues, if not completely, then partially: we continue to think, feel, act, evaluate.

Therefore, having mastered completely simple principles, anyone can learn to order the desired dreams. The "order" of a dream does not mean a simple embodiment of the intended plot. In a dream, your own subconscious mind can easily lead you to an idea that is important for reality. Often in dreams, some creative and intellectual tasks are solved, a sudden insight comes. A situation that seemed hopeless in reality can take a completely different path of development in a dream. All this is allowed to be achieved in the so-called lucid dream.

So, always specifically formulate a "requirement": what do you want to see in a dream. Perhaps this is a response to an intelligibly posed question. Or maybe you want to see in a dream a person for whom your soul is worried, or do you want to make a virtual trip? The most important thing is your attitude. It is allowed to write your wish on a piece of paper or say it out loud before going to bed. As you fall asleep, repeat the request to yourself.

For example, if you want you to dream of a certain person, then during the day think more about him and about everything that is connected with him, create in your imagination his image, remember his individual characteristics. Often in lucid dreams, people want to return to the past, for example, to feel like a child. To do this, you need to imagine your parents, your father's house, remember your childhood experiences. To develop your thoughts, you are allowed to look at photographs. Before bed, listen to music that evokes certain associations. Remember that a lucid dream may not appear immediately, but over a period of time. It all depends on your concentration.

To learn how to rule your dreams, you need to get into the habit of writing down your dreams. Do not retell them in detail, rather briefly note the main characters and their own feelings. You need to fix the dream immediately upon awakening. In order for a dream to be remembered, complete relaxation is required before falling asleep and a calm, unhurried awakening.

If in a dream you plan to receive an answer to a question, give the following setting to your consciousness: "As soon as I recognize it, I wake up." Indeed, during the dark hours of the day, a person has more than one dream, and here it is important not to confuse which one is the real response of the subconscious.

Focusing on the demand is essential to the ability to revive meaningful slumber. When you have already gone to bed, closed your eyes, watch your breathing, try to calm down, get rid of disturbing thoughts. Imagine in great detail the object with which the desired dream is associated. If this is a trip, imagine nature, try to feel, for example, the scent of the forest or the warmth of the sun's rays. Imagine, there should be no obstacles to your imagination.

In lucid dreams, it is precisely this likelihood of fulfilling any dreams that attracts. After all, you can imagine yourself to be anyone, you can do whatever you want! In addition, deliberate sleep will help get rid of nightmares: by tuning in to something good, dear to our hearts, we do not allow negativity to interfere with our thought processes.

In practice, there have been cases when, thanks to lucid dreams, people got rid of emotional overstrain and more easily achieved their goals in real life. Presenting an event that will happen soon, we prepare in advance for it, and therefore for all possible consequences.

Think good, dream, and let your most beautiful dreams come true!
