Today, when every person has some kind of gadget, the definition of memory has transformed into megabytes and gigabytes of information stored on memory cards, flash drives, hard disks and other artificial media, but the natural memory given to everyone by nature, and still poorly studied still hides its secrets.

For comparison, we can cite the device of a computer storage of data - they are all stored in the form of a binary code, which already appears to the user in the form of pictures, sounds, text. But what happens in the human brain? Each human organism is unique and this makes all the processes that take place there special. Each person remembers events, facts and other kinds of information in different ways, many have heard about visual memory and I must say that this is the most common feature. Not every one of us will remember what exactly happened on that very date, but one has only to give some visual example, remembered by the participants, as everything immediately falls into place.

Only people who are sufficiently erudite and who regularly engage not only in mental work, but also conduct special exercises to train memory, can quickly extract the necessary volumes of information.

Another memory, associative, is already more complex in its operation, since here, in addition to information of a visual type, any other can participate, but the most important thing is that the retrieved memories are not generated in a controlled manner. Playing music, smell, view from the window, temperature sensations - all these can be irritants. That is, along with memory, all kinds of feelings are involved, but those who have a powerful biofield can also receive information through this channel.

According to scientists, the whole human body has three types of memory - immune, neurological and genetic. It cannot be said that they are all well studied, although it is the last two that are of greatest interest in terms of data preservation.

Immune memory is the well-known ability of the body to memorize viruses and microorganisms that initiate diseases, and then produce appropriate antibodies and thereby protect its host from recurring disease.

Genetic memory is information about the body, stored in the DNA chain, thus, each cell of the body carries information about its owner, and even the bone tissue remaining after the decomposition of the organic shell can produce a lot of interesting things after hundreds of years. Genetic memory is operated on to enable the human body to improve in future generations. The difficulty of the study lies in the fact that the accumulation of genetic information does not occur momentarily, but only throughout a person's life, and what consequences this will have in the future is not known for certain, and they may not necessarily manifest themselves in the next generation. That is why there are so many rumors about the use of genetically modified products, although the manufacturers are convincingthat a hairy apple or a square watermelon with lilac flesh will not bring any harm.

Neurological memory is the very neurons that make up the brain and through which electrical impulses pass, which are nothing more than information received using the senses and converted into electricity. The perceived temperature, heard sound, taste or sight are instantly transmitted to the brain, and some of this data settles there for a long time, and some, after a short time, are removed. It is thanks to neurological memory that a person remembers, if not all, then basic information - who he is, where he is, writing, reading skills and others, that is, similar to a computer in which system catalogs cannot be deleted.

Of course, with serious stress and illness, even this information can disappear, many, if not personally encountered, then heard that one of the reasons is a stroke. In the most severe cases, a person has to restore basic skills - learn to walk, re-learn reading and writing skills, and even speak.

Speaking of the fact that memory has deteriorated, it is this memory that is implied, at the heart of its work is the mnemonic function, for the preservation of which in the bulk are responsible for such parts of the brain as the amygdala, hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum and many other structures.

In what form is information stored in the brain? There is such a thing as an engram - a memory trace, the place of its storage is not tied to any specific part of the brain. It is a set of chemical reactions that occur as a result of the impact of electrical impulses on brain cells and occur every second. Accordingly, the clearer this trace, the brighter the memories and the longer they remain with us.

In order for the engram to remain for a long time, after all, a person does not always experience emotional upheavals, it is necessary to make an effort or just memorize the material. After all, until now, everyone who learned the multiplication table, or the initial couplets "Ruslan and Lyudmila", can tell this without hesitation. This is, of course, the merit of the repetition technique and, accordingly, the more effort is made, the more information you can remember.

A person begins to memorize, or, as they say, “write on a crust”, from about the age of three, when he more or less gives an account of his actions, and I must say that memorization goes best in these years. This phenomenon has long been proven by scientists, and in fact, you can make sure of this yourself if you have the opportunity to observe the children. For the same reason, it is recommended to start learning various subjects as early as possible, especially in foreign languages. Why, being already more adult, the owner of the memory does not have such an opportunity, and many, even before reaching forty, begin to feel problems with it, as a result, they start taking medications and going to doctors?

The fact is that, as already described above, memory requires that you work with it, and after all, from the age when a person got to his feet, he develops a craving for research, which sometimes presents a big headache for parents. Constant inquiries and attempts to learn something new are precisely the best training for the brain's memory department, the information flowing in an endless stream has the same tonic effect as physical exercises on muscle tissue, which gains elasticity from this.

For the same reason, many scientists working in the research field do not suffer from memory disorders. Constant attempts to find something new, analysis of facts and other operations with information do their job - even at a venerable age, most of these people easily cite scientific works, remember the specifics of their work and even continue to work as long as their physical condition allows. Of course, not everyone is destined to be scientists, and most professors and doctors do not work on research, but in ordinary research institutes and GIPRO. Here you have to deal with ordinary routine information, like when working in an office, so by the middle years most people begin to feel symptoms of fatigue from a powerful stream of data, suffer from sclerosis or distraction, and if you do not take any action, the situation will only get worse.
