It is curious that during these manipulations there is not a drop of blood on their skin and no traces remain, while the faces of the dervishes remain completely calm and pacified, without signs of pain. The phenomenon of dervishes is precisely in their deep religiosity and in the rejection of worldly passions for the sake of spiritual perfection.
Hypnosis is a natural phase state for the human body, laid down by nature itself, and not created artificially. In the case of classical hypnosis, people are directly subordinated to their will, but such hypnosis is very rarely used. The hypnotist in such cases directly and harshly inspires with an imperious voice and a look that suppresses the will of a person. Ordinary classical hypnotists, to put a person into a trance, not only conduct suggestions, but also use something else, for example, various pendulums,abstract conversation or any other objects that can capture the conscious attention of a person.
The hypnotic trance is used precisely to reduce the critical assessment of what is happening. The impossible becomes possible when people stop thinking about whether this is permissible, whether it is profitable, whether this is generally possible and can happen or not. Then the conscious does not interfere with the subconscious, allowing the use of the capabilities of the human body in an unusual mode. Or, for example, catalepsy consists in the fact that the human body can lie motionlessly evenly between two supports for a long time, touching them only with the feet and head. At a certain moment, the muscles that regulate the spine and human arms seem to stiffen. Human consciousness remains clear,aware of what is happening, but physically a person can in no way influence what is happening to him.
Hypnosis is used not only in medicine, but also in the police structure. There are special departments, whose employees immerse the witness or the victim of a crime in a hypnotic trance and help to remember important details of an intricate criminal offense, using the so-called method of hypnoregulatory interrogation. The person is immersed in hypnosis, and then mentally transferred to the day and hour when the offense occurred. Usually, a person's consciousness blocks the negative events of life, and only hypnosis helps to remove this obstacle and find out the smallest details of the incident.
Hypnosis helps a person understand that the world around him is wide and voluminous. People are used to wrapping themselves in a cocoon, limiting their possibilities by their own blockage in real life.
