The picture was published on the hosting Mufon, which positions itself as the Worldwide UFO Network. He took a picture when he visited New York with his beloved. The UFO on them is captured in an extremely unusual form and is located near the Empire State Building.
The photographer suggests that in order to navigate in this manner, the alien ship must have a very serious cloaking system. He also added that it was possible to see the UFO in the photograph only after viewing the images.
