Researcher from Nizhny Tagil Valentin Degterev pleased his admirers with a new discovery - he named the exact coordinates of the legendary Atlantis, which tireless enthusiasts have been looking for for many, many years.
The Ural radio amateur managed to make his discovery thanks to the descriptions of the ancient Greek philosopher Plato and satellite images. Due to the 2015 earthquake, Valentine writes, the ocean floor, where Atlantis used to be located, rose significantly, which made it possible to see the legendary city-state from space. Here are its coordinates - 31.013589, -12.566564.
The dimensions of the sunken island, the indefatigable researcher specifies, are not so large, approximately 40 square kilometers, but at that time, most likely, the cities were not commensurate with modern megacities. In addition, the discovered city may turn out to be a port of the state of Atlantis. In any case, you need to look for it somewhere here. Degterev hopes that his discovery will help scientists, adventurers, wealthy sponsors again pay attention to this mystery and, perhaps, finally find the legendary country.
