Ocean researchers who discovered a huge UFO-shaped object at the bottom of the Baltic Sea last year may be crooks. Such a statement is made by scientists.
Swedish divers, who call themselves Team Ocean X, claim that the object at the bottom of the sea creates electrical interference that frustrates attempts to explore it.
"Anything that runs on electricity stopped working when we were on the site," said Stephen Hoberborn. “And then, when we went 200 meters, they turned on again. As soon as we return, they don't work again."
As a result, the scientific world still has only one sonar image, which confirms the existence of an object 60 meters wide. According to experts, the picture "lacks resolution, details, and it itself is full of numerous artifacts and traces of processing are visible." And what makes it look like a spaceship is that the Ocean X team superimposed an outline on the image. Most likely, experts say, the image captures a circular rock formation - a basalt pillow. This is a rare formation, but not the only one on Earth.
Jonathan Hill, a researcher at Arizona State University who analyzes images of the surface of Mars, has put forward his own version of the UFO hype at the bottom. Most likely, Peter Lindbergh, director of Team Ocean X, either let his imagination run wild or has selfish motives.
“Whenever people make extraordinary claims, it’s either a well-thought idea, an objective observation, or trying to capitalize on it,” Hill said.
