Moven CEO Brett King said that by 2035 there will be more robots on Earth than living people. Also, according to him, people will begin to communicate with signs through smart glasses.
“Today MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is working on this. Facebook and Apple are spending more than $ 10 billion to explore augmented reality using smart glasses,”he said.
It is assumed that with the help of such glasses, people will be able to exchange signs, find out if their partner likes them on a date, and determine the sincerity of politicians. In addition, the glasses will be equipped with a virtual keyboard function, users of which will be able to write or call the desired characters and images with gestures.
Brett King noted that in 20 years, robots will be able to perform most operations, from working in manufacturing to delivering packages. A person will only need to control and guide them.
The expert believes that already now artificial intelligence is beginning to think independently. As an example, he cited a machine learning algorithm at Google, which uses its own language and actually looks for ways to solve non-standard problems.
The head of Moven warned that it is not known what humanity should expect from robots, so they should be handled with care.
