According to Ohio University researcher Paul Sutter, time travel is not fictional - technically, such a maneuver can be done. A person will be able to control his speed in space, but he will not be able to move into his future.

Scientists with a worldwide reputation often spoke out about travel in time and space, and their opinions were divided, but in one thing they still had a similarity: all experts strongly disagreed with the interpretation of temporary travel provided by science fiction writers. Einstein believed that when moving at the speed of light, time for a person would slow down, and when he returned to Earth, his biological clock would work as usual.

Paul Sutter proposed his own way of travel in time: you should build a rocket with a constant increase equal to the Earth's gravity at a speed of 9.8 meters per second. If a traveler lands in such a rocket, he will reach the Milky Way in a few decades, spend a couple of hours there and return home safely.

There is a small problem: several decades in space equals 40 thousand years on Earth, so such a flight is hardly possible. But going back to the past, according to Sutter, is impossible - the general theory of relativity says about it.
