In the early 1990s, I developed serious health problems. Obviously, they were associated with the general nervousness of the inhabitants of the disintegrating Soviet state. Impending poverty, aggravation of the situation in the union republics, where the oppression of Russians began and the expansion of ultra-nationalist protests.

On one of these days, when worried about his health was walking along one of the central streets of the city, I saw an advertisement for "Tibetan health sessions", where students were taught to enter the medical "SK-1". It was developed by Dmitry Viktorovich Kandyba, based on the system of mental self-regulation, which the author called "controlled SC-auto-training" [1]. The photograph shows the working moment of the listeners entering the medical trance "SK-1".

The cost of these courses was minimal. And it was then that, for the first time in my life, I got acquainted with the basics of bioenergetics and elementary methods of self-healing. For the first time in my life, they began to teach me to take care of my health on my own, using yoga techniques "secret for the Soviet period".

Books by D. V. The kandybs were hard to read. And the techniques themselves are simple and easily reproducible by ordinary people.

TECHNIQUE OF ENTRY INTO TRANS "SK-1"

1. Choose a time when you are alone for 10-15 minutes, and no one will bother you. Stand in the middle of the room with a comfortable chair behind you.

2. Do exercises to knead your spine (1-2 minutes). You can rub and activate biologically active points on the wrists and fingers (1 minute).

3. Stand in front of the chair straight. Legs straight, feet together, shoulders relaxed, slightly tilted back.

Select a prominent point on the ceiling (at an angle of approximately 45% to the body). And look at her continuously.

4. Rub your palms together vigorously until hot. And, with maximum effort, with the whole body reach for the selected point for seven seconds, standing on your toes. Stretching out unnaturally, leaving your arms behind.

It can be assumed that, when the body is unnaturally stretched, some special energy is released from the muscles and ligaments of the back surface of the body, which, with an emphasis on the hands, slowly flows there. By creating a new energy generation zone for the whole day.

If a person has conscientiously performed the exercises for entering the trance "SK-1", then an unusual sensation appears on the hands: - they begin to vibrate.

Each time, the sensations are different. More often there is a "breath of breeze" on the hands. Sometimes noticeable vibrations, as if crowds of ants had gathered inside the brushes, and they all move. Very rarely there is a strong tremor, passing to the elbows and shoulders.

A clear sensation of such vibrations signals that you have successfully entered the SK-1 trance.

If you did not notice the vibrations, then repeat the procedure from rubbing the palms, 7-second stretching to the point, and "flight of hands". But do it with greater dedication. In my practice, sometimes I had to repeat this procedure up to 4 times, until a clear vibration appeared on my hands.

The trance state (with vibrations) continues throughout the day and disappears the next morning. Ensuring a good mood and performance.

INFLUENCE OF TRANS "SK-1" ON HEALTH STATUS

Do not think that if you go into a trance, then the disease, as ordered, will disappear. You have spoiled your health for decades, therefore, improvement should not be expected soon. The action of energies is imperceptible. But after a while, health gradually, gradually improves.

After I was taught this technique, and the first time I turned it on myself before going to work, I did not notice any special changes in my body.

And already at the end of an intense working day, when I was returning through the deserted streets to my home, I decided to “throw off” the state of “Kandyba trance” (I don’t give it to you as unnecessary, but it is associated with performing several jumps on the spot).

I jumped on a deserted street, "threw off" the trance state, and listened to my feelings. It seems that I did not notice any changes.

I went home on foot. And then (about five minutes later), when the accumulated energies in my body were absorbed, I clearly felt the difference: the body, without being fed by the energies of trance, was filled with fatigue. His back ached terribly. I hunched over like an old man, barely moving my legs.

It was at this moment that I was 100% sure of the health-improving properties of "SK-1", and the need for daily (for myself) use to maintain performance and health.

For several years, I used the Kandyba trance on a daily basis until I got acquainted with more complex and more “cool” techniques in Qigong courses.

In my opinion, for a modern, always in a hurry person, striving to improve his performance and health, to devote 2-3 minutes a day to the implementation of the "SK-1" method is the best option.
