Acquaintance with traditional medicine prompted a way out - rinsing the nose with salt water using Indian technology. But even this did not give a lasting effect.
It was highly advertised on TV "Quicks" - the water of the Atlantic Ocean in the optimal concentration of salt (2.6%) [1]. But my hands did not rise to pay a few hundred rubles for this small bottle of plain ocean water.
And then I got carried away by the energetic effects on water: electricity, magnet, light, with the help of pyramidal structures and freezing in the freezer.
In the pseudo-scientific and scientific press, many publications have appeared about the miraculous power of melt water. And information that birds are flying north for melt water. And that melt water can be treated.
And since I live in a small seaside town, I found a way out - on a deserted beach I filled a bottle of pure Black Sea water and tried to put it in the freezer.
Indeed, my subsequent long-term experience has shown that melt sea water in its properties and therapeutic effects is significantly superior to sea water, and, moreover, just salt water, as recommended by Indian yogis.
I organized my medical procedures as follows: with a backpack I go to the Black Sea coast and collect four bottles of 1.5 liters of pure sea water.
At home, I pour small stones of silicon on the bottom of the bottles (in the books of Nadezhda Semenova, this mineral is strongly advertised) [2]. And these bottles stay with me until they completely use up the water.
When there is a need for therapeutic effects, I put a liter bottle of sea water in the freezer and keep it for more than a day. Then I thaw, shake it up - and the medicine for my stuffy nose is ready. The second bottle is waiting for its turn in the freezer.
I pour some melted sea water into an old rubber diving mask. I tilt my face close to the mask. I inhale the water 3-4 times with one nostril and exhale it through the other.
Thus, I flush my nasopharynx in good faith.
Allergies and runny nose immediately disappear for a while.
The mask and ready-to-drink melt water are constantly in my bathroom. Therefore, for any, the most minimal manifestations of allergies (my nose starts tickling before sneezing), this free medical procedure is promptly carried out.
For 3-4 years of such regular practice, allergy attacks have significantly decreased (and previously they were almost monthly). The mucous membrane of the inner surface of the nose gained immunity and became less susceptible to colds and flu.
This treatment of the nose contributes to the physical cleaning of the inner surfaces from all kinds of contaminants and allergens. A significant advantage is the effect on the nasal mucosa of substances dissolved in sea water. Sea water kills harmful microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria.
The flow of blood and nutrients during this procedure stimulates the cells to function, restoring their functions.
Sea water has a similar composition to all body fluids. That is why its use for rinsing the nose (at a concentration close to the Black Sea water) does not cause irritation or dryness of the mucous membrane.
Those who like to go on summer holidays with their own transport - there are no problems at all. It is enough to throw a couple of 10-liter bottles of clean sea water into the trunk before the trip back and the whole family will be provided with an effective medicine for a whole year.
For people who are not fortunate enough to live in coastal cities, where you can regularly collect sea water for yourself for free, and without individual transport, I would advise you to purchase packages with sea salt in pharmacies. I have often seen such packages on sale.
Only when salt dissolves, one must remember that the Black Sea water is less concentrated than in the oceans (it contains less salts, minerals and alkalis). And when preparing it, you need to add more pure (or better distilled) water than it can be written on the package.
Since I try not to take synthetic medicines from the pharmacy (or use in extreme cases), rinsing my nose with thawed sea water has become a salvation for me.
